I had to meet someone at this Starbucks coffee shop in Inglewood.
When I arrived there, they didn’t have
dining service inside. It was a small Starbucks coffee shop that had outdoor pick-up and drive-thru services.
I had to drive to the drive-thru area. It was late evening, so there were a few cars in the driveway. I ordered the small
coffee & pumpkin cream cheese muffin.
I was with my little dog, and he wanted to eat my muffin. A young man took my order. When I drove to the pick up windiw, it was already ready to go. It was fast services. He was friendly and worked very fast. Anyway, I requested
him if my dog can have some whip cream. Then, he smiled at me, and he gave us a small cup of whipped cream.
My dog loves whipped cream. He was happy that he got a treat from Starbucks. He enjoyed the whipped cream, and I enjoyed my muffin with
a cup of coffee.
This Starbucks had the best services.
I liked the food and great services too.
I would like to recommend this Starbucks coffee shop to everyone.

Really sweet staff. Service was quick and the location is so convenient due to the busy street it is on. I went around 2:30pm and there was no wait 🙂
A lot of their food items were sold out at this time but the staff was nice enough to offer options and give their feedback on what they like.

Just had one of the worst customer service experiences on I’ve ever had at this Starbucks this past Tuesday. I pulled slightly past the order speaker, as I was distracted by my child…but it was still directly in front of my car. I kept saying “hello” several times and got no response. I waited, and kept repeating hello, until I could no longer see cars in front of me. I assumed the speaker might be broken and drove up to the window.
The guy at the window immediately told me I had driven past the mic and that he was already helping the next customer…which I could clearly see wasn’t true, as no one was being helped at that moment. I even was making eye contact with the car behind me. I explained I had been waiting and saying hello with no reply, but instead of helping me, he rudely told me I had to drive all the way back around and wait in line again.
No apology, no understanding, just attitude. This kind of treatment is exactly why people are fed up with today’s customer service. It costs nothing to be polite, and clearly that’s been lost here. We will take our business elsewhere.

I’m not sure what they did here. I know my drink wad made wrong and it was also messy and I mean messy. The drive-thru was extremely long and there was hardly anywhere to park. Bad location and bad service.

I really like Starbucks but lately it’s getting to be a little annoying. I order my Caramel Frapp with extra caramel drizzle to line the cup and I also let them know that I love the caramel, so what do they do. They pour just a little on the sides, guess what, no tip everytime they do this to me but when they hook it up I give them at least a $5 note, not anymore.

This Starbucks is one of the worst I have visited. Management is horrible as well as staff.
Do not come here! You will be waiting at least 15-20min. Specially if they dont have a full staff which happens frequently. You will only be able to go thru thr drive thru area.
As for the drinks they are a hit and miss. Very rude customers service. I would suggest to clean house and get all new people. Something is terribly wrong with this location.

I ordered a venti ice coffee, I got hot coffee when I kindly asked the gentleman to change it his attitude and face expressions was so rude and he changed to ice coffee but it was all cream which he made it purposely. Then again I ask the lady to provide me with what I ordered which she asisted me. Bro if you are tired u can’t work dont work just go home why u making customers days worsen by your rudeness.
