I love drinking Vanilla Sweet cream cold brew. I always add an extra splash of sweet cream BUT I did not ask for it this time (I completely forgot) however, my drink tasted perfectly. No need to add that extra splash of cream but it was still perfect.

First time here. Waiting for 20 minutes in what turned it to be the mobile orders. Upsetting to see my order towards the back, the see me here but don’t say anything. Food was cold. I explained it was my first time ordering and didn’t know where the pick up was at. There are no signs where to pick up. After requesting if they were able to warm up my food, receiving my food with an attitude “is this yours?”. I guess we both started off with a bad day.
I think the most upsetting is they seem me looking for my food in the counter instead of them saying orders were towards the back.

Visited here to kill some time. Service was great but couldn’t get my devices to connect wi-fi, tried for about five minutes then asked one of the crew members and found out that wi-fi was down. They didn’t have any signs in this location regarding wi-fi issue.

Food & drinks are as good as can be in any location but the staff didn’t seem too happy to be there. It could have been a bad day for them so I don’t blame them but they didn’t seem very sociable that day which I believe is important with any job with customer service. In any case their service was good. No more or less than needed. The orders didn’t have any issue. They just didn’t seem to show much emotion other than possibly being bored & not wanting to be there.

Great experience. Staff was awesome. I was a bit skeptical as it is near a big mall but it is tucked into a corner with a nice atmosphere around. WiFi did NOT work for me.

It is sometimes slow. They used to be really great, and then I heard there was a change in management, and it seems like they are training a lot of newbies there, which I am sure contributes to the slowness. I am a regular here, and the baristas that have been here for a while are awesome and I love them all. They just need to figure out how to not be so shorthanded during normal rush hours (like 7AM… )

Employees are great and work hard, Coffee is great, but there really needs to be a dedicated staff or a guard to manage the customers that are waiting line. Everyone just crowds in, cuts in line, is rude to each other etc. wont be surprised if a fight will start at some point. You cant maintain social distancing, and if you go inside you will be in the center of a mob.
