Good atmosphere and overpriced pizza. We gave the food a 4 out of 5. Not very many pescatarian options, which was disappointing. Our waiter was very pleasant and upbeat. The vibes were chill. It was a bit empty in the restaurant, so we couldn’t understand why our food was taking so long. The salad was delicious, and so was my spinach artichoke dip. I would be okay if we never went back but check it out for yourself.

Pizzas are consistently good here. And customer service is great. Our waiter was attentive. They have gluten free pizzas for anyone who’s on GF diet. Me? I stick with the meat and bread. I got the build your own pizza with two toppings…ribeye steaks and bacon. Note that ribeye steaks count as two toppings so it’s a 3 toppings small. The small has 4 big slices. Ate two, and take the other two home, for later.

The residents of Dolan Memory Care Homes had a great outing to Mellow Mushroom. The atmosphere was calm, the food warm and tasty, and the staff very accommodating. Our staff especially appreciated the attentiveness of the staff and the “extra” time for older diners. Very welcoming!

We love the food and the environment. My wife has a dairy free diet and they are very flexible with their menu to accommodate. Highly recommend to anyone that has a dietary restriction. Just ask them if you are unsure!

Just like you’d expect! That’s a good thing when it comes to chain restaurants. The service is always slow at about any MM in the StL Missouri region. They also no longer have a kids menu. But if you want some delicious vegan pizza then it’s definitely worth the wait. Typical atmosphere of a busy chain restaurant. Will visit again when in the neighborhood.

Picked up a couple pizzas here when visiting family in the area. Pick up is quick and easy, there is a separate entrance for pick up and the staff was right there to help. They show you your food before you pay to make sure it is correct, which is nice. The staff were very friendly.
The pizza was good, but a little pricey. There was a good amount of toppings on each pizza and they have a variety of special pies that are unique in flavor. The best pizza we got was the mushroom specialty!

Great lunch special… small salad and slice. Really good pizza. Not busy on weekdays which works for a quick lunch.

Are you looking for a really great experience for large groups or just general dining out, this is the place. The food itself (especially pizza) is really really good. They have a wide selection of beer to choose from, and not overly priced (As long as you order pitchers; versus individual drinks). Super great atmosphere, the staff are really nice. It’s also a great place for sport watching games on TV, without braking the bank. The only negatives here is, it’s not for the quiet individuals (on busy days) expect it to be really loud. Two people in thier 40’s can not talk to each other, without yelling. Also be patient, I highly recommend expecting to order appetizers. The beer and side dishes come fast before the main course. Kids are okay to bring here IF its not a main weekend or sports crowd.

I tried placing an order for pickup and was told it would be an hour and a half before my order was ready. I asked would I get a courtesy call when the order was ready. I was told no. I then asked to speak with a manger. The manager began stating the same thing. I responded that it was for pickup why would it take so long for a drive up order. She began stating to me, if she had 300 people in her restaurant they will be served first and that my order would go behind those dine-in customers. I ask ma’am, do you have 300 customers in your restaurant? I asked what is the purpose of drive up, if I would have to wait an hour and a half as if I would be dining in. She was short with me and basically said do you want your order or you want to cancel it. I didn’t understand this because, it was not a Domino’s, Pizza Hut or any other chain type of pizza, nor was it being delivered. I considered Mellow Mushroom to be a different caliber of restaurant pizza but if I was going to get Domino’s service I may as well go there. Very disappointed with the way the actual manger handled me. I am a frequent diner of Mellow Mushroom. Very disappointed
