Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Workers were incredibly rude. Maybe there was internal conflict there between the workers because there was no communication between any of them and what communication did happen (quick work related question) was really snarky between each other, but that doesn’t mean you can take your bad attitudes out on customers. This is not a Starbucks I would return to, based on how slow they are and how rude they are.

Very busy Starbucks store. The only specialized coffee store in the Citidales outlet shopping mall. Located next to the food court. It has its own outside seating. However, the food court is beautiful. I tried the bike place regular filter coffee. It was good as usual. I choose Starbucks over the food court for my afternoon snack. I like the bites that Starbucks offer. The place is packed on the weekend. You could wait for a long time.

Let me first start off with saying I get it, people have off days and even stated that in my local Starbucks which I gave 5 stars, but this time i just felt I got the worst attitude from a Starbucks employee , I ordered a venti lavender matcha latte when I got my named called Lauren with the a stone face of we have no lavender do you still want this with a cup of just the matcha not even full. I was kind of taken aback because I wasn’t even informed at the front that they don’t have any more lavender and she just asked me if I just wanted it as is. Also I ordered a venti and she gave me a grande cup . She kept looking at me with a stone cold face while I was confused like what’s going on. My girlfriend said it’s fine and just took it but then she recognized it was a grande cup . We talked to another worker named Victoria who was more helpful .
She acknowledged it was the wrong cup size and said they still had lavender .
Victoria also let us know she was letting someone else make our drink.
I really don’t know what was Lauren’s deal that day , she looked like she didn’t wanna be at work and took it out on customers.
I’ve had bad days working in the hospital and I just have to smile and still give good patient care.
It was a negative impact on my day with Lauren’s attitude

The young girl touched our cups 100 times on the place we drink from like there is no covid around also. I rarely do 1 star reviews, especially bad reviews on starbucks that’s probably my only one. Damn I wish they did undercover boss in that branch to fire some people.

Whenever I’m in need of an afternoon pick-me-up, I head to this Starbucks for a ventti Americana red-eye. If you need to get your ass in gear, this will give you the boot in the britches you so desperately deserve. Staff here is always super friendly and a few of them even remember my order because I’m here so much!

The queues were long and there were people waiting when I got there and placed my order, which is normal. What stuck me as off was the haphazard way in which they were serving passengers in no particular order. Also they were forgetting to call our passengers names and some of the drinks were lying unclaimed on the counter till people came forward to check. Not the usual Starbucks service you expect.
