So the only issue I have is that food couriers are parking in the handicap places and they do not have handicap insignia on your vehicle. I find this is a real disservice to their senior customer base and disabled customer base that have handicap placards.
That guy knows what he’s doing and I can tell he cares a lot.
He made my experience here so much better.
I come to this location a lot and he makes it so easy and comfortable.

I went to the Renton location since it’s close to my home around 10AM and explained what happened to the cashier. She offered me a refund, but I told her I only wanted the dressing. She then offered a new salad, which I declined again, I just wanted the dressing. She kindly asked if there was anything else she could offer to make up for it, and I said a chicken biscuit meal would be fine. She even offered cookies or a brownie, which I declined and thanked her for her help.
Then a manager approached and said, “Ma’am, can I help you?” I explained that the Bellevue Chick-fil-A had gotten my order wrong. Without asking any clarifying questions, he immediately stated that each Chick-fil-A has separate owners and that I would have to go back to Bellevue to fix the issue. The cashier then said, “Oh, I didn’t hear Bellevue,” even though I had mentioned it earlier.
This interaction felt very dismissive. I originally only wanted salad dressing, and I would have been perfectly fine leaving with just that. The manager’s fixation on the location was frustrating and unnecessary, especially since no effort was made to understand the full situation or offer a solution within policy.
I’m not upset about the policy, I’m upset about the lack of care and basic customer service. Had this been handled with more consideration, I would have continued ordering from this location instead of Bellevue. Unfortunately, they’ve lost a customer.
When dining here – you might feel like the center of the universe – above and beyond the elevated service quotient Chic-Fil-A is known for.
Compliments to Tiny – who went from taking our breakfast order to cleaning all around the restaurant and checking in on us. An ordinary breakfast stop for me – gone elevated!
For a gluten free option, I’ll have a Market Salad with grilled chicken or the grilled chicken nuggets with a crunchy kale salad, and a side of fruit.
