Let me just say that I have been coming to Chick-fil-A for quite some time. Other service is great their food is delicious.

So the only issue I have is that food couriers are parking in the handicap places and they do not have handicap insignia on your vehicle. I find this is a real disservice to their senior customer base and disabled customer base that have handicap placards.

I come to this location a lot and he makes it so easy and comfortable.
He repeats everything back in my order and makes sure everything is perfect

Last night I was working a night shift at Kaiser in Bellevue. During my lunch break around 9:30 PM, I ordered a salad but did not receive any salad dressing or utensils. I couldn’t drive back to Chick-fil-A because my patients returned shortly after I noticed the mistake, so I saved the salad to address it today.
I went to the Renton location since it’s close to my home around 10AM and explained what happened to the cashier. She offered me a refund, but I told her I only wanted the dressing. She then offered a new salad, which I declined again, I just wanted the dressing. She kindly asked if there was anything else she could offer to make up for it, and I said a chicken biscuit meal would be fine. She even offered cookies or a brownie, which I declined and thanked her for her help.
Then a manager approached and said, “Ma’am, can I help you?” I explained that the Bellevue Chick-fil-A had gotten my order wrong. Without asking any clarifying questions, he immediately stated that each Chick-fil-A has separate owners and that I would have to go back to Bellevue to fix the issue. The cashier then said, “Oh, I didn’t hear Bellevue,” even though I had mentioned it earlier.
This interaction felt very dismissive. I originally only wanted salad dressing, and I would have been perfectly fine leaving with just that. The manager’s fixation on the location was frustrating and unnecessary, especially since no effort was made to understand the full situation or offer a solution within policy.
I’m not upset about the policy, I’m upset about the lack of care and basic customer service. Had this been handled with more consideration, I would have continued ordering from this location instead of Bellevue. Unfortunately, they’ve lost a customer.

Clean, tasty and super fast breakfast service. Normally don’t write reviews of fast-food places but felt that the above and beyond service from Tiny (manager) warranted it!

When dining here – you might feel like the center of the universe – above and beyond the elevated service quotient Chic-Fil-A is known for.

Compliments to Tiny – who went from taking our breakfast order to cleaning all around the restaurant and checking in on us. An ordinary breakfast stop for me – gone elevated!

Called the store when I got home when I realized hashbrowns was missing from my order, as soon as I mentioned that hash brown was missing, the woman on the phone said, “Ok, let me call you back ” and hung up. Not the first time food was shorted from our order and it’s not the first time we got a rude, incomplete conversation with this store. Very different from the other Chick-fil-A’s on how they treat customers. Corporate should look into this store. Called at 10:39 am on Jan 7th.

Friendly, fast stop for a quick lunch break. The food is good, too!
For a gluten free option, I’ll have a Market Salad with grilled chicken or the grilled chicken nuggets with a crunchy kale salad, and a side of fruit.

Absolutely love going to THIS restaurant. It’s so sweet to have employees welcome you with a smile on your face. If you’ve been having a hard day, it’s wonderful to see someone smiling at you! We have never had an issue at this place. The 2 other Chick-fil-A’s have always missed a sauce or didn’t leave our pickles off my kiddos sandwiches (and who wants a soggy pickle left on their sandwich?) It’s a big deal. We drive off frustrated because we don’t have time to go back. But THIS store has never missed a step! I enjoy the spicy chicken sandwich! The place was well kept. They have to keep a code for the bathroom because of the nature of the environment/location. Keep it up guys!

Clean, speedy, friendly, and delicious. I especially like their lemonade. The drivethrough is very efficient, and so is the inside counter; you get a fresh hot sandwich in minutes.

Good location for this Chick-fil-A in downtown Renton if you’re passing by to get a quick bite. It’s very nice clean and modern inside, Friendly service and the drive-through in the back is large and can accommodate a lot of cars, Parking for Dining in seems to be a bit limited though,I like Chick-fil-A so the food to me is always good.
