Absolutely love going to THIS restaurant. It’s so sweet to have employees welcome you with a smile on your face. If you’ve been having a hard day, it’s wonderful to see someone smiling at you! We have never had an issue at this place. The 2 other Chick-fil-A’s have always missed a sauce or didn’t leave our pickles off my kiddos sandwiches (and who wants a soggy pickle left on their sandwich?) It’s a big deal. We drive off frustrated because we don’t have time to go back. But THIS store has never missed a step! I enjoy the spicy chicken sandwich! The place was well kept. They have to keep a code for the bathroom because of the nature of the environment/location. Keep it up guys!

Good location for this Chick-fil-A in downtown Renton if you’re passing by to get a quick bite. It’s very nice clean and modern inside, Friendly service and the drive-through in the back is large and can accommodate a lot of cars, Parking for Dining in seems to be a bit limited though,I like Chick-fil-A so the food to me is always good.

I love this place! It’s my weekly lunch stop. The staff are great, and the owner, Eric, is fantastic. Drive thru is easy and efficient but I like dinning in. One thing that impresses me is how the staff come around asking if you need anything-extra source, and drink refills, etc. I love that. Maybe other Chick-fil-A stores do this too, but I think it’s a nice touch. Thank you, Eric!

Maybe the best fast food place we visited in the whole Seattle area. Chef Pam is an example for great customer service and the reason I am writing that review. I also noticed that the manager who runs this place speaks in a very respectful and friendly way with his employees. No wonder they are all motivated and deliver great service!

Amazing management, you could tell that everyone loved working here and not just a facade. The staff were genuine, the food was delicious, and the manager was there working alongside the rest of the team. We have always loved Chick-fil-A and the type of people it’s culture attracts, but if possible, this one would exceed five stars. I hope corporate sees what we saw today and helps these leaders grow and spread their attitude to others.

Got here around 10am Saturday morning expecting it to be packed like all Chick-Fil-A’s usually are but surprisingly it wasn’t! Only ones in line and got our food fast and everything was delicious! Restrooms were also nice and clean. The weather was nice to have breakfast at their outdoor seating!

Superior service at this location. Got to eat outside on the patio due to great weather and had food brought to us and checked in on several times. I know this place is super popular as a drive thru option but take the time to go inside.

I dined inside for the first time at the Renton location, and it was very nice. The staff seem to take pride in serving their customers and keeping the restaurant clean. I had the Cobb salad; it was so delicious and filling I went back a couple of days later to get another one! Kudos to the management team and staff!
