I told them specifically what I wanted and they managed to get my drink wrong three times even after I corrected them on what the drink was, they also gave my friend vanilla cold foam, and gave me salted caramel when I specifically asked for vanilla cold foam not only that they messed up the same drink three times I still have the wrong drink, but I’m not going back there gonna get wrong again. I recommend going to any other Starbucks is in Carson City or maybe even Dutch Bros just not that Starbucks. By the way, I asked for a brown sugar strato w vanilla cold foam. This is what I got.

I was on a road trip and a different Starbucks seriously messed up my drink. I stopped here on my way south and the store manager was kind enough to fix my drink free. It was really above and beyond and I appreciated it.

Every time I ask for caramel walls I get barely any caramel, can’t break a $100 bill, drinks were wrong, food wasn’t even cooked. Still don’t understand why a simple request of caramel is too difficult. Cup is always sticky too. The hospital Starbucks never disappoints though.

These guys are extremely efficient at turning out people’s orders. It’s very impressive. The one thing that isn’t so great is it a very small space and feels more like a fast food joint then a cool coffee lounge but that’s not their fault. It’s just probably not the best location for a Starbucks.

Stopped by about ten minutes before closing (9pm) to grab a coffee since most of the starbucks in Reno close at 7pm or 8pm. I tried to mobile order the drink ahead of time because I have a bit of anxiety about ordering at coffee shops right before closing. I used to work at Starbucks and know it’s a bit annoying to have someone order a couple minutes before closing after most of the bar has been cleaned up. Anyways, the barista who took my order on the drive thru was so sweet and greeted me with a smile. Although I’m sure she didn’t think much of it, it really made my night. I know working customer service jobs are exhausting but (as cliche as this sounds) a good attitude seriously makes all the difference.
