OH MY GOODNESS! SHARLANDS AVE. IS INCREDIBLE! I ordered the Dubai chocolate matcha drink (that’s where this survey was tasked from) and OH.EM.GEE. !!! And it was the first day that the Dubai chocolate matcha drink came out, and they NAILED IT! it was like 6am – ish when I ordered it, and they had only been trained 2× on the recipe, and GOOD LORD!!! DID THEY FREAKING KILL IT! IT WAS INCREDIBLE! and 5 of my friends have ABSOLUTELY BEEN INSTRUCTED TO ORDER THAT!
I order Starbucks at LEAST 4× /week…and that is my new drink til you guys [sadly] discontinue it…. !!!
BTW – I AB-SO-LUTE-LY(!) LOVE SHARLANDS LOCATION! I WILL LITERALLY DRIVE ACROSS RENO/SPARKS TO GET STARBUCKS FROM THAT LOCATION!

The atmosphere and people are super friendly. I live up the street so frequent this place.
80% of the time they get my drink wrong.
One time I got a cafe au lait they accidentally used soy milk. Another time they used whole milk in an almond milk latte, most recently they gave me a chai when I ordered a skinny vanilla latte….

Pretty decent Starbucks, but what’s with the huge political flag greeting customers?
Starbucks should be a place to enjoy a cup of coffee meet in a relaxing atmosphere away from the political turmoil of today.
Having been to Starbucks literally all over he world , from Shanghai, to Sydney , Frankfurt, Dubai and a plethora of stores all over the USA , never has been seen an in your face political flag , till this!
Keep your political feelings to yourself, manager.

Not a good vibe, staff not welcoming, no response to customers “thank you”, girls were happy and bubbly when communicating amongst themselves, but seemed unhappy to serve us as customers. Would not recommend this place. 2 stars given for comfortable seating area inside and a cozy fireplace.

Blowing it today! We just moved in up the street & came by here two days in a row. Yesterday everything came out great (2 hot beverages plus 4 hot food items were perfect). Today though, it took 45 minutes to get 2 hot beverages & 2 hot food items.
My Venti Cinnamon Dulce Latte was not full & was way too sweet (requested lightly sweetened). My oatmeal was cold & did not come with the packet of brown sugar or agave (so no sweetener whatsoever).

Customer service here is so off. The girl at the register with the longer dark hair needs training. Most of the issue is that you need to slow down and listen to what people are saying – cutting someone off mid-sentence means you are denying yourself the opportunity to even hear what patrons are trying to say.

12.23.23: I mobile ordered from here after the gym since it was super close and today is free hot cocoa day. There’s 2 weekends left, this one and next one, to score your free kids/short hot cocoa with a purchase of any grande or larger.
My order was ready at the exact time the app estimated. The ambience was pretty busy inside and the drive thru line wrapped around.
