waited about 20 minutes for a Matcha. Granted they were backed up, but there was one Guy that seemed to be doing everything. The others were just handing out the drinks. The cashier was super sweet. He had blonde hair. I didn’t catch his name, but he was the only one that was somewhat Cordial in the entire store. I’ve been waiting about 15 minutes with all of my other food and drinks out and when asked nicely if I could get my Matcha or if they still had that order in. Wondering if they had forgot it or lost it. The girl then snaps at me and says that they’re super backed up and busy and she can’t Make my drink before other peoples drinks. then when she goes to hand out my drink, she just throws it on the counter spelling it picks it up and doesn’t even call my name. Finally, I’m leaving and I just asked for a drink carrier and I get told that I can’t have a four drink carrier because I only had two drinks, even though I did have two pastries as well. Luckily that nice cashier was able to give me the four drink carrier. Didn’t know it was this difficult to rent a coffee shop.

I come here on occasion when visiting family and need a place to work. Everyone is so incredibly friendly and kind. Yes it’s a Starbucks so you know what you are getting food and coffee wise. It’s the service and genuinely warm vibe from the staff that really sets this location apart. Nice music choices too.

The atmosphere at this Starbucks is bad. The staff is loud, sometimes shouting information to each other. The music is loud as well. It’s hard to carry on a conversation at this shop. All of the noise and lack of consideration toward customers has been a problem every time I’ve shopped at this location. I’m done with the obviously poor staff training. I’ll go to a locally owned coffee shops from here on.

I come here every week and it’s my absolute favorite Starbucks!!! I come with my patient who has a disability and the staff is always super kind to him and they remember both of our names. Special shoutout to Siren because he is so sweet and goes out of his way to make sure we are satisfied. ❤️

Great Service here. This must be one of my Favorite Starbucks I have been to. Perfect location, the baristas here are awesome and on point with knowledge of their skill to make some awesome coffee. Comfortable setting, Setting with Outlets to charge your devices if needed.

Came in to order 3 drinks and a bagel. We sat and watched about 20 people order after us, while the kids ate their bagel. Never got our drinks, and literally watched all those people in after us, order, then leave with their drinks. Finally said something, and the lady up front made some stupid excuse and shooed me away. Waited about 8 more mins before I asked for a refund. They weren’t even making our drinks. If she made a mistake, that’s fine, but customer service is absolutely not a concern here. Getting on top of our drinks, even if she forgot to put in our order, because she knew how long we had been there would’ve been nice. Unless you’ve got about 30 minutes to wait for coffee, skip this location, they’re inefficient, and don’t care about your business anyway. Rise and Roast up the street was fantastic, pistachio latte was even better than SB!

What is with this place? They make the hot drink wrong, then tell me to open it in my car to check, so I spill it all over my pants, burn myself, and have to go to work with wet pants. Just take the drink back and make it right than hurting me!!!!
