I’ve ordered cold foam plenty of times and this does not look like it normally does. Smh this drink was almost $10 and yall can’t even make my cold foam right.

Dine-in, Iced coffee. This place has the weirdest way of getting in and out. Google maps will take you BEHIND the Costco, like in the alleyway behind the building…bizarre. West Side traffic always…so good luck getting out of this maze intact. The store was nice though and the people in the place were friendly.

Have had an interior design remodel. Area open airy and bright. Relaxing though not very busy. Wall hangings were nice touch and kept with lighter decor/feeling.

The store was dirty. There was a cup lid on the floor that I saw the day before. The trash was overflowing. The staff was only concerned with the drive-through window.

Pulled up at 8:30pm tonight and the young girl working the drive thru said they close at 8. Online says 9pm. I asked her why does it say 9pm and she replays, it will change!

I don’t think I ever recall having any bad experience at Starbucks but today at this Starbucks they lived up to their reputation. I ordered a Vanilla Late with a touch of cinnamon, after I drove away my drink didn’t even taste like Vanilla Late. It had so much Cinnamon that whole thing was dark brown. As you see in these pictures it was nasty. For those of you that are familiar with this area it’s hard to get in and out that’s why they call it Coors Bypass so I did not go back but I assure you I will not return to this location. Very disappointing.

Normally I do not write reviews unless I really like something… Well in this case I wish I could put zero stars. I am a regular of Starbucks. I go just about every morning to get my day started. Well I have been going to this Starbucks since they opened the location about two years ago. I noticed last year in summer time the service has started going down hill. They would jip me on the last two ounces and not fill it up all the way or not make my coffee right. Well I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt and kept going there. Well in February of this year It started getting really bad. I went one morning before my work out at 6 am and was told they do not have cold brew until 5pm which I knew was a lie because that is what I get all of the time. I just went with it and ordered a caramel macchiato hot. The girl must not have heard me and asked so again I said hot not cold. When I pulled up to the drive thru she gave me a cold one. When I waited to give it back she hid. I had my work use them for an event a week later, had called a week prior to set it all up called the night prior to confirm everything and they acted like they had no clue what was going on. three weeks later I get a cold brew from them and it HAS CURDLED MILK IN IT. I had to go home from work early because I couldn’t stop throwing up. instead of calling corporate then I just told all of my friends and family not to go there ever again. This morning I send my fiance to get us some cold brews expecting him to go to a different location. Well he did not and this just goes to show you once more that they just need to be shut down or they just need to hire all new staff because they screwed up again!!!! Cold brew with out any cream should look like black coffee. NOT LIKE WATERED DOWN TEA!! HE ORDERED MINE WITH CREAM AND IT LOOKS LIKE AND TASTES LIKE IT IS ONLY CREAM!! I CALL TO GET CORPORATE PHONE NUMBER AND ALL i ENDED UP WITH WAS A ” i AM SO SORRY COME BY AND i WILL MAKE YOUR DRINK CORRECTLY” SHE NEVER GAVE ME CORPORATE NUMBER AND ARE YOU PLANNING ON MAKING ME CORRECT DRINKS FOR THE PAST FEW MONTHS!??
