Got a pink drink from the location down the street and it was awful! Went to this location and asked to buy some more of the strawberry juice and they made my pink drink to perfect and were super kind! Didn’t catch the baddies name but he was amazing and I left super happy and my day was made!

Edit to include my most recent visit a matcha tea, when you pay $6 for a drink and half of it is foam… that’s annoying!!!I ordered on the app and still had to wait 9 minutes longer then it expected on app when my drink came out I said it was supposed to have cold foam they said it did..and were like sorry. I left with it but not as excited as I was when I ordered it. does it look like it has cold foam to you?

Weird experience where they talked poorly about me in front of me. I didn’t understand the birthday thing as my old store would honor it with ID so I pulled up my app and realized I forgot to set my birthday. They did honor it and that was cool but as soon as the SM walked out, the partner asked and he made a face and they talked about it while looking over. Everyone talks about weird customers, but have the professionalism to do it not in view and hearing distance of them lol. Gonna be for realsies, felt cringe bringing up that I was a partner up until a few months ago, but was confused and stayed polite. Anyway I checked and there’s a good faith aspect within Starbucks ToS and I was willing to show my ID.

They don’t allow dogs. They don’t have a drive-through, I just wanted to get a cup of coffee and go. You don’t like dogs you don’t get my business. This will be my last visit to Starbucks. On my way to the dog park to tell all the humans find your coffee elsewhere.

Worst Starbucks service in town? First I have to say that this location may have been swamped by balloon fiesta extra business this morning, which has probably is been a hardship for the staff. But regardless, I ordered an oatmeal and a bag of coffee on the Starbucks app, then I had to make another stop on the way up so it took me a while… 25 minutes later I showed up and the bagged coffee was waiting on the shelf, but the oatmeal wasn’t made yet.I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make my breakfast. and they weren’t even busy!
I don’t understand – what’s the purpose of ordering ahead on the app if they don’t actually make it until you arrive?
PS: They do have a great patio! This is an older location and one of the only ones in town that still believes in south facing patios. Absolutely the best plan for our cold but sunny winter months!
