Best Starbucks in town! Friendly employees and they make the yummy coffee. Today, I placed a mobile order. But I couldn’t go in to get it because my son didn’t want to go in. I can’t leave him in the car by himself. Brian brought the coffee out to me. He’s awesome! Best customer service!

This used to be my favorite Starbucks, lately it seems they are always out of grande size cups and so they give you venti with it over compensated in some ingredients for it to still be just as full. And they never inform you until they are handing it to you in the window. I love the Carmel in a Carmel machietto, don’t get me wrong! But the normal serving of it is plenty for calories considering I get this dri k almost daily. But when made in the bigger cup, it’s either too much milk and not enough espresso flavor, too much ice, too much Carmel. Something extra to try and fill the cup… If I go for the venti, I like to add the extra shot and maybe honestly pick a different drink entirely. But I am never given the option. Today there was not enough ice, it melted down in the first 10 minutes. And there was way too much Carmel.

The service here is exceptionally great, never an issue with my order! I enjoy always having my mobile app order ready when I walk in or use the drive-through… Irene is one of the nicest, most wonderful barista, green tea is why I go to Bucks!

We’ve been having coffee at this location for quite sometime. The Mgr. Haley and her staff are top of the line. After the remodel, the shop is not an inviting atmosphere. You really have no choice but to get your order and leave. This location had a regular following that enjoyed sitting and talking over coffee. That’s quite a bit of business lost. Sad really-I’m gonna miss the wonderful Staff. Seems Starbucks is catering to the drive-through crowd. $$$$$

The drinks and the employees are awesome! The guy who served us was so nice and asked us what we were doing with our day. He was new and kept apologizing for things, even though he was doing everything perfectly. The only thing I don’t like about Starbucks is that all the locations have drive-thru menus that have tiny wording and it’s very hard for me to see the names of the items. Still worth 5 stars. 🙂
