Disgusting disrespectful rude customer service. No greeting, just what can I get you. Then no notice when she was done making my coffee.

I visited this Starbucks on August 15. It is a very nice place, it’s got lots of room and seating for customers. The bathrooms were clean and it was a relaxing atmosphere. I went with a friend. We both ordered something to eat and drink and sat for a while. I decided I wanted some water, so I went to the counter to order. Waited a few minutes for someone to help me. I told the lady I wanted a water and she informed me that I had to order something else in order to get the water. So I ordered an iced tea. I had to leave the counter to go get my wallet to pay, as I wasn’t expecting to have order another drink because I wanted some water. I went back to the counter to pay, had to wait five minutes to have a different person help me and he wasn’t friendly. I went back to my seat and waited about 15 minutes to get my water and my tea. I don’t think I should have had to order another beverage so I could have a water, especially since I had already order something already. I’ve never had to order a drink when I asked for a water. What a ridiculous thing. And the wait was too long.

Normally this place does well but, after taking my drink back and asking them to make it per my order, it still wasn’t done correctly. At least they asked if it was better. Yes, it was better, but better doesn’t mean that it was right. I will be putting this place on pause again. Go to Route 66 coffee right up the road instead.

Horrible! Ordered iced black tea and received something extremely cloudy. Was assured it was just tea but i will not consume it! Was told all their teas look cloudy! Must be something in their water.

This was a little taste of Christmas and I love my baristas here! I tried for the first time the toasted white chocolate mocha with oat milk, whip (yeah I pick my battles lol) and added peppermint . This was the busiest I’ve seen it. Which leaves the question is Edgewood ready for a full shop?
