I’ve been to this Shake Shack twice now and ordered the chicken sandwich both times. It’s always crispy, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The restaurant is consistently clean. The tables, ordering screens, and restrooms are all well maintained. Overall, great food, great service, and clean environment.

Wanted to get a lil snack before bedtime so we stopped by here for the first time. I will definitely be coming back. The food was absolutely scrumptious. The wait time was very short for how much we ordered. The waiters were very active around the reastraunt, checking in on us every now and then. It was enough to make us feel seen. Did I say the food was absolutely scrumptious? The reastraunt was very clean and overall this was a great first time experience. Watch how much you order though. Prices are a bit high but I’m not complaining. Can’t wait to visit again!

The burgers are medium well. They are juicy and delicious. I got the single Carolina BBQ and the double bacon cheeseburger .
The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean and neat.

Food: 10/10 I got one of the korean BBQ burgers and it was scrumptious.
Service: 10/10 The staff were very attentive and they made sure that we were enjoying our meal.
Atmosphere: When I walked in this Shake Shack I was like “this is fancyyyy”, it was very clean in there and smelled good.

Tried Shake Shack for the first time on 6/28 and I got a chicken sandwich ‼️chicken bites ‼️ and a mango lemonade. Spent around $21…Please look at these “chicken bites”..(I initially thought they gave me the wrong thing) compared to what’s advertised…then they were cold and greasy. If I wasn’t in a rush I would’ve went back. The chicken sandwich was good, the customer service was just okay..felt like I was a bother by requesting honey mustard. Oh well, I guess fast food=fast food no matter where you go..I had higher expectations.

but this time I tried a new product, Korean BBQ-flavored burgers and fries.
To be honest, I didn’t get the feeling of Korean BBQ at all. The fries were even worse, They only sprinkled chili powder on top.
It is recommended to order the Shack stack, at least it is delicious and the milkshake is also great

First visit to a Shake Shack. I opted to order upfront in lieu of the kiosk. The associate was helpful and answered all my questions. Ordered the double with cheese and fried onions with Shack sauce. They also have 3 premium lemonades in addition to their fountain drinks and shakes. The presentation was very good. The flavor was great. Dining area was clean and nicely spaced. Will visit again.
