If you like matcha I do not recommend coming here, honestly I kind of knew better I got it with too much foam I mentioned there was too much foam so they added more milk and then it tasted like green milk so I brought it back in to get it remade but it still tasted like green milk maybe I could taste matcha like every three sips
update look at this foam from another drink the pumpkin cream cold brew Starbucks has had two different lawsuits for shorting coffee and feeling was cream they were eventually dropped because of payouts but I’m pretty sure they shouldn’t still be doing it first photos when I first got it second photo is 10 minutes after to show how the coffee went down
update: now they don’t do online pickup orders how am I supposed to the double points for online order today if I can’t get it via online

Tall young man super disrespectful called me a different name using a curse word and I only ordered a tall green tea and 2 venti waters and he made my drinks last when I was before them. Never said anything just threw the drinks basically. Never will come here again.

There’s hardly anywhere to drive thru and get decent coffee in this town.
When paying with a card, I am just so sick of the window staff telling me “IT’S going to ask you a question”.
No, they are asking me to tip!
The card reader is not asking for the tip nor is “IT” asking for the tip.
I would feel differently if my coffee was consistent (it’s 50/50 if it’s going to taste ok). Also if it did not take forever and I was not asked for the tip BEFORE service.
And when I pay cash, window staff do not even hide their facial expressions IF they think I am not tipping. ♂️ Later I tip AFTER I get my order but many times that is not justified.
All other Fast Food does not EXPECT a tip…..so Why am I tipping???
