I’m usually not one to review a Starbucks the ubiquitous and homogeneous worldwide, commonplace and prolific coffee house. But in this instant, not that their coffee or other products served is better than any other Starbucks, but the staff are admirable! This Starbucks is located at the crossroads of Highway 26 and Route 17. This is an intersection heavy with vehicle traffic heading four ways to a multitude of destinations with a multitude of people desirous of the products this shop has. So much so, that at every visit in our travels through here (lots of times) I have yet to see these folks slow down – they’re constantly busy. At any given time of the day, they hustle their goods with finesse, hospitality, graciousness and professionalism – and the place is always clean. These folks deserve kudos for what and how they do it. If there is one thing I hope with this writing, is that they get due praise from their management and corporate for a job extremely well done. We thank them for that and offering great coffee to boot!

I ordered one drink and two meals. They brought us the meals very quickly, but they didn’t give me the drink. After waiting for 20 minutes, my boyfriend went to ask if it was ready. Their first reaction was to doubt us instead of trying to solve the problem. After another 10 minutes, they realized the drink had been placed somewhere else. Their attitude was very bad, and they didn’t apologize to us. The drink I finally received was half ice, with the chocolate and matcha mixed together. Not a happy experience.

We had a great experience stopping at this Starbucks today. The lady at the cash register was friendly and efficient. Our food/drinks were out right away. The coffee wasn’t burnt, it tasted great. The bathrooms were clean and had stalls so you didn’t have to wait long. 5/5.

We were headed back from Sedona and we stopped here for coffee on the way to Phoenix. Service is great and fast. Restrooms are clean. Parking is free. They also have other accoutrements like coffee, cups, sandwiches, and desserts.

Lisa is the best. We are traveling for Thanksgiving and she took our order and is so kind and an excellent suggestion for the cinnamon pull apart. We also were blessed to have our order paid for by a kind gentleman that gave Starbucks a gift card to pay for $100 worth of orders!!

I was driving through the area last month and the barista there was fantastic! Very funny with excellent client services. I did notice that when a small mistake happened in the back that one of the supervisors was harsh to the point that it was very uncomfortable as as a customer and felt totally over reactionary. There may be some need to provide training to those in supervisory roles. Everyone I directly interacted with was fantastic though! 10/10 client service skills from the baristas.

Stopped here real quick on our 6 hour drive back home. Got two delicious drinks, workers were super friendly but it was only 6:30 and they already closed their restrooms for the night. Darn. I wish we could have utilized the restrooms since they close until 8pm. Oh well.

This place was a zoo. Not only was it busy, but it was a mess. The drink was okay at best, though waiting 15+ minutes for a triple espresso while watching cars go through the drive through consistently is unacceptable. We will default to gas station coffee next time.
