I go to this star bucks quite often and most of the time I have good experiences except for this morning. The ladies working the drive thru were rude, and they were rushing when we were the only car there. I had ordered ahead so when I received my drink I had asked for extra extra Carmel drizzle around my cup. The lady proceeded to tell me they did put extra Carmel around the cup I then told her that I saw that but I’d like more. The lady rolled her eyes and took my drink back to redo it and then gave it back to me looking the exact same as it did the first time. We had also asked for extra sugar packs and because these two woman were in such a rush they didn’t give us our sugar packs either. These coffees aren’t cheap for one and for two I get people can have bad days but don’t take it out on your customers

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years. I’m in school and come to the store to do homework away from the kids. I spend about $100 a week at this Starbucks; my kids are crazy about the chocolate cake pops so I’m always bringing them home some.
Well, today I come in as usual and I happened to have about an inch worth of homemade coffee in a plastic cup when I came in. I planned on finishing my protein coffee and purchasing my usual order at 3pm. Maybe 3 minutes into sitting down and settling in, the manager walks over to me during a busy rush and proceeds to tell me I am not allowed to have outside food or beverages in the store. I said okay and swiftly threw away my cup. About 5 minutes later, not even 10 minutes after my arrival, she walks up to me again and proceeds to say that I need to purchase a drink in order to be in the store. I asked if she recognized me, she said no. I explained I am a regular and always purchase a drink and tried to laugh it off but she did not find it funny. I purchased a drink at 3pm like I planned (I arrived at 2:30pm). In the time I’ve been here, I have seen countless people come in the store, sit down, work on their laptop, or just talk to the company they came with, for 30 minutes and leave with no harassment whatsoever. I’m not quite sure if I look poor, unfit to be here, or like I just smooch off of the wifi, but I do not appreciate being harassed and singled out with as much business as I bring to this establishment. Might I add that I am a short and brown woman? I don’t know… But I feel extremely uneasy being here now and am very disappointed.

This location blows…My breakfast sandwiches are always undercooked, the iced coffee tastes old and hot (lukewarm) brewed coffee tastes burnt…every-time I order a drink with cold foam on it, it’s never creamy and thick it’s always foamy and bubbly and they barely put any on my drink. The ice to drink ratio is always off, my ice is usually melted too and the drink never filled to the top. The baristas there are obviously just trying to get everything done as fast as possible instead of with quality. It’s locations like this that make me never want to go to Starbucks again. The location in Prescott next to target is way better. Never going to this store again. The only reason this store is still profitable is because it’s the only one in PV. Do better. I was a barista at Starbucks for over 4 years, it’s really not that hard.

I hope the manager sees this. This is now happened to me three times within the last two weeks. I order in advance and when I pick up the coffee the half and half is empty. I take it to the staff and then I have to wait till they get around and fill it while they take care of other orders that have come in after me. If you need creamer for your coffee, the order is not ready until you can get the creamer. I’m making the customer stand there for several minutes at least while I wait for them to fill. It is bad service.

I am a tea snob and prefer my home made tea but when super busy I love their mint green tea. My celiac wife enjoys their plain iced coffee more frequently. They also have the best ice water which I get regularly. I am new to town and continue to appreciate the great service here.

Repulsive and potentially hazardous. Plumber is currently clearing drains behind the counter while 4 employees make drinks and prepare food, mostly for drive thru customers. The entire establishment smells like sewer pipes. How is this sanitary?

Food good. Service good. Music so loud as to prevent discussion across the table. Manager refused to turn it down. Made 2 requests. Had to sit outside at 44 degrees.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks today after 15 minutes on their drive thru. When I asked the barista if they could scan my Starbucks rewards to collect my points, they were dismissive and flat-out told me they couldn’t do it, with a rude attitude on top of it. Instead of explaining or offering any help, they made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I’ve always enjoyed Starbucks for good service and consistency, but this interaction left a bad impression. Hopefully management addresses this, because customers shouldn’t be treated this way.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years, and the baristas are always incredibly kind and friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and make a point to remember your name or your favorite drink you like to order, etc. I have heard them do this with many customers and it obviously makes their day! Also, shout out to Jessica because she is awesome! 🙂

I ordered a grande Horchata iced coffee, and while the drink itself was tasty, I was really disappointed with how underfilled it was. For the price we pay at Starbucks, you expect to at least get a full cup. I would’ve said something, but there were seven drinks lined up and no one behind the counter seemed to notice or care. It just felt rushed and impersonal. The gentleman at the counter that checked my order was very nice.
