Starbucks as a whole is just Dumb!!! Ask for my Friday pastries to go, lady literally removes them from sealed bag to place them in a paper bag, after I told them I wanted them to go! I asked her why she would do that? Made no sense…she stated that is what Starbucks wants her to do! So let me get this straight Starbucks, no straws, but if you ask for one it’s a paper straw in a plastic bag! What sense did it make to use two bags for a desert treat! Your frozen pastries are not that special that you need to remove them from a plastic bag to display them…what good is that for the environment??? Just dumb!

Alex was the best part of my experience. She was amazing, she was nice, and we spent the entire time I was there talking about what we have in common. She was quick taking my order, and quick making it, and she made exactly what I ordered. If/when I come here again, I hope she’s there.

I was feeling sick and just needed a small black coffee and the girl wouldn’t walk 5 ft to get one she told me to go to end of counter. She wasn’t doing anything! Yea I think they deserve a raise up and out the door. I guess being in a wheelchair wearing a heart monitor doesn’t move them to work. I left!

The girl working there Geneva was slow, didn’t know what she was doing. She asked me after she put caramel drizzle in my drink if I wanted it and at that point it was already a 10 min wait. Then forgot my food. She just has no customer service skills.

Today the drinks are buy one get one free from 2pm-7pm and April would not honor that offer. She said she didn’t have a code or a manager to call to get it approved. This is upsetting as my coworkers and I look forward to this special promotion that occurs all the time. I don’t understand how the staff is underprepared for their own promotions and would not even try to honor it to the best of their abilities.

At the Starbucks in Roswell there were a ton of flies in the store which was kinda icky.

Located inside my neighborhood grocery store (Safeway), this is a great place to stop for Latte or Frappucino. The service is always quick and the baristas are always helpful and very friendly.
The new upgrade looks wonderful as well. If I had to give any type of negative feedback, it would be that taking the tables out completely was a sad move. Otherwise, I have zero complaints!
