Pizza is awesome and delicious! Service is regular at best. DO NOT use the claw machine, it doesn’t work and the staff acts really dismissive when you mention it. They’re response was, “well, the machine isn’t ours…”.

I tried their vegetable pasta and chocolate donut bites, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The pasta was fantastic, packed with a generous amount of vegetables and topped with a perfectly cheesy crust that added just the right amount of richness. The donut bites were enjoyable, but I found myself wishing for that ooey-gooey center to elevate them to the next level.

All Pizza Hut give Military discount, accept this Pizza Hut, so they not appreciate service members? Food was alright, when we asking to order 16 wing but 2 different flavors they can’t doing! But all Pizza Hut still can doing 16 wins with 2 different flavors. ♀️ ♀️! Also all tables and chairs have crumbs and dirty, see so many guys behind counter just stand and talking , but no one clean tables and chairs at all! We can’t even seat down and eat there! So have to leave from this dirty place! Very disappointing, my first and last time in this location! For this price what we pay get worst experience what forever! Manager not give military discount and place dirty! Not fell welcome at all! Will never go back, end not recommended any military guys go to this place !

Dry burnt pizza almost no cheese on the pepperoni. Supreme pizza was great. Called to let them know and pretty much person i spoke with said he made all the pizzas the same way. So now I’m a liar. He told me to take the pizza back to remake it. Bad customer service felt like nothing was accomplished. Im not going out of my way drive all the way back thru school zones and wait for them to remake my pizza. The app said pizza would be ready in 14 to 15 minutes. I got there and waited and extra 7 minutes from promised time. Smh

I will not use the North Resler location for pizza again. Ordered one for pickup and within 25 minutes arrived for it thru the drive up window and went home. That’s when we noticed it was over cooked, burnt, dry and looked as if it was old. Possibly another customer refused it and it was held for someone else us. Unfortunately we didn’t have the time to return it. So beware check your orders !
