We are daily customers, and our drink is simple. This location is always running out of one ingredient needed to make our drinks. We have asked them to increase their order for that ingredient (and offered to pay for our own personal supply) and they have refused. Willcox and Vail ALWAYS have this one ingredient in stock, but it’s very inconvenient to drive that far if you want a drink. They desperately need a new manager for this location.

Best team and baristas I’ve encountered!
So i went in not knowing what to get my wife since I drink just plain coffee and brew it myself… My wife loves her Starbucks, so they helped me for about 5 minutes troubleshooting what she likes by describing how the drink looks, even trying to remember how she looked like to see what she’s usually is served.
I was trying to suprise my wife so me not remembering these complicated drinks was worse lol on top of that, it was a make up drink since I was being a mild butt to her…
10 minutes, they hooked it up and put an awesome message on there! Which i take full credit for ofcourse

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to hands down. The employee that helped me (Stephenie) asked for my order twice, yawned, scratched her eyes, didn’t scan my reward, then spent the rest of the time talking to a customer while the employee did all the work… Then the wrong food came out. One of the most incompetent human beings I’ve ever dealt with. I’ll be making yet another call to Starbucks service since their employees apparently no longer go through any sort of training .

Staff is always amazing. They rub out of things quite quickly this however isn’t the Starbucks fault it is the store manager Josh. They finally got a new espresso machine it’s about time. There are some issues with the kiosk it’s self like it’s way to small and understaffed often. And there is a leak in the ice machine that seend water under and out the other side of the kiosk. Get it together there is enough freeway traffic to justify a new kiosk.

Customer before me placed a large order and tried 5 times to pay with her app. She just kept saying she didnt understand why it wasnt working. Woman behind the counter never recommended she try a different payment method and never acknowledged me waiting there. I waited more than 10 minutes when 2 more people got on line behind me. The longer line did not seem to phase the worker either (nor did it phase the customer). Finally another woman came back from her break & took my order and told me I had a wait due to the large order ahead of me. I told her I’d already waited quite a while. The first worker made a point of saying out loud to the woman who took forever to pay that it was no problem at all and was very rude to me when she gave me my order- I’m guessing because she overheard me telling the other woman I had been waiting. Customer service was rude, rude, rude. What does it take to acknowledge a customer? After all I was next in line & still waited at least 15 min for a coffee. Sign of the times. Sigh… Two stars only because my Americana was good.

2 stars because it is the ONLY Starbucks in Benson. Beyond that my drink ALWAYS cost a different price. It NEVER tastes the same, NEVER!!! Funny i go to a stand alone Starbucks anywhere else they nail my drink, regardless of what i order. Here it is always different!!!! So annoying, and you never know how much money to bring bc they charge whatever they feel like on that day! If you ask me- they are very lucky to be the only Starbucks for 40 miles

I love this Starbucks and Safeway! Natasha made my drink today a grande caramel frap with +1 expresso shot, and I believe that is the best one I’ve had yet to date! Thanks for the awesome customer service Natasha! This girl needs to be promoted! Same goes for Lexi, Kassie and Karla! I love the people here!
