I’ve been here a few times, and almost every time there’s something wrong with my order. absolutely do not get any of their salads, they give you next to nothing. the last side salad I got I took out a kitchen scale and weighed it. it weighed 2.5 oz!!! that’s almost nothing for $5. we also ordered a 16p wings and recieved 11 pieces? this is not the first time this has happened, they regularly try to short you. go somewhere else, this place is incredibly poorly managed.

Last month, I ordered online and the estimated delivery time was 7:15. I waited 30 minutes past that time and called. The lady apologized, saying they didn’t have delivery drivers, but offered 20% off if I picked it up. I’m mad because why offer delivery service online if you don’t have drivers? They should update their website to reflect this. Today, I ordered again and missed a call saying they didn’t have delivery drivers. I work at a hotel and can’t just leave to get food.

Joke of store. Came in to pick up a customers order. Pizzas are almost done but they don’t even have the fryer turned on yet to cook the wings. They can’t tell me how long it will take for the grease to heat up. The employees are obviously not doing what they are supposed to do when the store opens, like turn the equipment on so it’s ready to go, as the store has been opened for more than 30 minutes. This is likely due to poor management not staying on top of things and not hiring employees who care at all about their job.

My grandma is a very elderly woman. The pizza came over an hour since it said the pizza was on the way, and about 45 minutes after it was due to arrive. We waited nearly two hours for her pizza from this place which is a 2 minute drive away. I took the pizza back untouched and politely asked for a refund. I didn’t yell, use profanity, or any angry tone of voice. I said please can I have a refund because this pizza came very late. At first, the manager refused to refund the pizza, and then both the manager and delivery driver began to yell at me about how I didn’t deserve a refund. I asked what would qualify me for a refund, and they didn’t say. I stood my ground, and the manager said she was going to call her boss, then finally, I was able to get the refund for my grandma. This was the worst pizza hut experience of all time.

I ordered a taco pizza and had my coworker pick it up. When she arrived, they informed her they were out of the bean sauce. She asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund, but they responded by saying, “We already made it with marinara.”

It was disappointing that they didn’t make any effort to contact me and ask how I wanted to proceed, instead making the decision on their own. The pizza tasted awful with marinara sauce.

This last visit was one of the worst experiences ever. I placed my order through the app and paid with ApplePay. Upon my arrival and giving the guy at the window my name, I then saw two declined transactions for $6.54 from Pizza Hut come through on my phone from my bank. The guy came back to the window and said that I owed him $6.54. I asked why, as I had already paid for my pizzas. He responded “I don’t know, it just says that you still owe $6.54”. I explained that that does not make any sense since I had purchased these through the app and the transaction already went through. I also indicated that I do not appreciate my card being run without my permission. He then insisted that I still owed money and would not get the pizzas that I had already paid for. To this I informed him that when I was in a week ago, I had been given a credit on my account for an incorrect order. Without even checking, he told me that there are no credits on this account and that I was going to pay him and could not have my order. I then asked to speak to a manager. He informed me that he was the only manager there at the time. I then asked if I needed to speak to corporate about this issue and he told me “we are a franchise so it doesn’t matter”. He was extremely abrasive, rude and aggressive. At this point I decided to pull out of the drive through and come in to discuss it further. After suffering his attitude even then and being interrupted as I tried to explain my situation again, he then let another employee step up and said “she will figure it out”. At this point, he then walked over to the oven and started throwing things onto the cutting table. The other employee who was at the register, did not say a word (and I believe that she was present the week before) but then zeroed out the transaction and gave me my order. This male employee was the most unprofessional, rude, argumentative and aggressive person I have ever dealt with in any situation. It is difficult to enjoy a meal after being abused by an employee.

I ordered a dinner box at this location, and waited 15 minutes like i said on the app. I showed up to pick up through the drive thru and waited about 5 minutes and no one came to the window. After waiting i end up just walking inside to pick up. As soon as i walk in the worker is just standing at the front. I said my order name (wrong at first but i corrected myself) and they replied that they had no order under my name. I made sure i put my order in at this location, but they insisted it wasnt at their store. They didnt even bother to check and just told me to check the other location. Now being sent on a wild goose chase i go all the way across town to pick up my order for them to tell me that they dont have it either. Ive wasted a whole 45 minutes to an hour just trying to go pick up pizza to not even get it in the end.

Don’t waste your time! Order from a different location. Or somewhere else all together. I ordered two different pizzas they tried to say that I canceled one and they delivered one and then argued with me on the phone when I told them I never received anything at all.
