stopped by this Starbucks and asked for a cup of water for my son. I was told that I would need to purchase something in order to receive water. While I understand store policies, this was disappointing, especially considering this is Arizona and the drive-thru was empty at the time.
The employee I spoke with was the manager her name is Sammy, so I understand this was a deliberate decision rather than a lack of authority. Still, denying water for a child felt unnecessarily rigid. Starbucks has always felt like a welcoming place, so this experience was surprising and disappointing.

This is long over due!! I get the best service from this location over many years I’ve learned that what makes this place so special is Rita the manager! She must really train her staff well because I have tried other places and the other stores aren’t as warm and friendly… so to remember as many names as I can .. Jason super sweet always a smile and cheers up my day.. Freddy wanted to learn my name and always remembers my order and will remind me if I forget to say oatmilk.. corrina if my spelling is wrong I’m so sorry!!

I live pretty close to a couple SB locations. With that said, this location is the one I go to! The staff is always so friendly (coming from someone who worked in customer service for years). Rita & her staff are amazing!! I will always pick this location over others

Clean. Employees were moving fast to get orders done. Employees were nice and helpful, they greeting everyone who walked it. Freddy did a great job correcting an issue. Bathrooms were clean as well.

Slow service and tried to not give us back a gift card with 24 cents left on it without even asking about it. We weren’t sure how much the value of the gift card was so we were a little peeved when he didnt even hand it back and said nothing.

What more can I say that has not been echoed in the reviews? The staff here was on point, the ladies who greeted and attended me were genuine and kind. As someone who enjoys highlighting great customer service, please stop by and get your “Starbies” (is that still a thing?) on and possibly leave with a smile on your face and a drink that is NOT watered down
