Lunch starts at 10:30 am with salads, sandwiches, and wraps. Our ⅓ lb. grass fed burgers are perfectly seasoned and go great with one of our craft beers. This place is great! I got the Oscar Crab Benedict and to say it was awesome is an understatement. The crab cakes were very flavorful and fresh. My husband and I also split a biscuit and gravy and it was good. My Husband order the chicken and waffles and it was out of this world. Even if I didn’t have anything good to say about the food, the service was amazing. Dawn was our server and she was so attentive and did an incredible job of making the experience just as amazing which is rare these days.

Nice breakfast and lunch restaurant with a lot of good food like grass fed burgers, salads, egg specials, desserts, coffee, tea, and espresso options. Especially liked the Country Boy Breakfast Burrito. Serve beer, wine, mimosas, and Bloody Marys.
They have an early bird special that offers a really good price for several different options. Nice outdoor seating area.

Nice looking restaurant inside. Small but lots of seats. Little bar area to sit near the back. Outdoor seating with umbrellas. Was pretty busy on a Friday morning at 11am. I was greeted when I entered. I was helped promptly. My food was freshly made and tasted good.

My wife and I recently moved To Palm Coast from South Florida period This Was a great find.
I had the cranberry orange waffle that I split with my wife that was absolutely delicious. She had the western omelette cooked to Perfection just the way she liked it. We split that also. So glad that the nurse and our doctor’s office recommended this place to us this morning.

I got the western omelette and my bf ordered the Greek omelette. Hi tulip is my favorite breakfast place, We go there all the time and it’s always great so I ordered this morning through uber eats after me and my bf worked the night shift last night we were too tired to drive down there. I really was craving ham and cheese omelette but western was closest I could get to that. I never found any ham in my omelette and it was flat and sad. Very underwhelming. Hi tulip the people ordering from you on uber eats are the same customers that come into your establishment and pay you to feed them. It’s the same concept. You don’t even show up when they’re suggesting places to order from, I specifically typed in your name because I wanted the usual food I receive from you. My advice is don’t order delivery from hi tulip because they don’t put as much care into your dish as they do when you dine in. Half my omelette went into the trash. These omelettes look like ones you would serve children.

This was our first time stopping in to this restaurant, we didn’t even know it was there, just happened to see it when we were about to go in jersey Mike’s but decided to give this place a try instead. I’m glad we gave it a try, the food was delicious . I got the Philly cheesesteak and my husband got the chicken Caesar wrap. Both were very yummy. If you haven’t been in, you should give it a try. They have breakfast too and we will definitely be going back!

What a great quality breakfast spot in west Flagler Beach. The food is stellar, made with excellent quality, fresh ingredients. The service is great as they retain staff quite well which is a sign of a restaurant that attracts good workers that truly care about the establishment and customer experience. I highly recommend Hi Tulip Cafe!

We had a pleasant breakfast here and the good food made up for the poor service. We were seated inside at a booth and it took 10+ min for a waiter to greet us (and when someone did, it was because they noticed we were looking around and had no drinks, we weren’t even in their assigned section.) Considering the place is small and not that busy, it’s not excusable to just forget about half your section. The booth we got was a larger one fortunately, but if you’re a larger person you’ll be extremely uncomfortable in the tiny booths they have.
As far as the food goes, everything we got was solid, fresh and hot. Waffle was crispy and fluffy, French toast was custardy, and eggs Benedict were perfect.
I’d probably only do takeout from here in the future.

We dined at Hi Tulip café for the first time for my birthday breakfast. We now wonder what took us so long to eat there. The atmosphere is homey and friendly. The food was delicious with prices that made a great value. Alonna was our server….she is very helpful, cheerful and made us feel at home.

My husband and I was highly recommended to this restaurant and we did not have a great experience first off we came in put our name on the list and it was only two of us and I watched several people go ahead we did not complain but I did see the list and everybody was scratched off before us and after us we were the only ones left to be seated when we did get seated we were at the door where it was chilly that day and it was just too cold I did say something and they did finally move us so we was happy about that but when we ordered I got the lobster toast and it was very fishy and tasted like it was not cooked well so I decided to get something else the waitress never came back to asked if we were okay with the meal however we did tip her twice my husband had to go find her so that we can order something different which was the biscuit and gravy which was terrible so we left paying a pricey bill and I was still hungry!! I really don’t complain very often I did have the mimosas and they were awesome my husband had Orange juice and it was fresh!! I just wish we had a better experience cuz I was looking forward to making this our weekly breakfast spot because we are new in town!!
