I just have to say that this is the BEST Starbucks, with the BEST staff! I love this Starbucks. Everyone is friendly and they go above and beyond for me every time. Shout out to Malibu and Viviana! Got a caramel frap something just tastes off , I called the store and Monique was amazing and said I could go back and they would remake it I did I switched my drink and got my usual iced caramel mochiatto, somethings still off I’m not sure if it’s the coffee or what but definitely not happy with this mornings coffee . Again Monique was amazing not her fault at all .

I feel like this Starbucks is hit or miss. The drinks are never consistent I think today was my last time coming here. 11/3/25. I would rather have Scooters up the street I never have issues and when you want to change something they are so nice about it and don’t give you an attitude like they do at this Starbucks.

My husband went to grab us a coffee before black Friday shopping. Never again! Not at this location. We ordered 2 hot peppermint mocha. The taste was disgusting. Tasted like burnt coffee with a gallon of chocolate. Whoever the barista was either hated their job or just needs to be trained more.

This Starbucks used to be pretty good, but going downhill bad. Raise prices, but quality goes down?? I don’t get it. I even ordered a standard caramel macchiato no special requests and didn’t put caramel in it. I don’t get if it’s the trainer or they just don’t care about their job, either way it’s pathetic to say the least.
