I had such a great experience at this Starbucks thanks to Yara. She was super friendly, patient, and made my drink perfectly. You can really tell she cares about customers and loves what she does. This is the worst Starbucks I been to! I’ve been here twice. First, experience I asked for more oat milk and was told it would be a latte and I would have to pay more, which doesn’t make sense because I can literally just go inside and add it myself . Today, I went in and forgot to ask for blonde shot.
So, when I got to the window i let them know they said they will remake the my drink, but they didn’t they just poured it into another cup . I’ve worked at Starbucks before I know the difference plus I get this drink EVERYDAY ! My incorrect drink was layered but the “remake” was stirred . Which was another sign that it wasn’t remade ! Starbucks is pretty expensive which is fine if my drink is made correctly! Customers service skills are horrible and lazy !

The late afternoon / night crew is THE BEST!!! Kyle (I think her real name is Ashley), Enaly and Miguel are my faves! I always try to go later in the day so that they’re hopefully there! They’re the only ones that make my drinks right!! They remember my name, my drinks and my dog!
