Unfortunately, this will be my last trip to Starbucks. I wait all year for the Gingerbread drinks. Just grabbed a venti and a grande GBL and an iced GB Chai Yea. Yuck! Typical watered down chai, no flavor. Venti taste like a regular latte, also no flavor. A bit in the grande. So out of three drinks, one is OK. Save your money on watered down, no flavored coffee from home. So sad 🙁

This location was extremely busy this morning. The drive-through and in the store were packed! Everybody in Arizona wanted coffee from this location this morning! Lol!!
The AM crew were amazing! Through this crazy busy time, the staff were all professional and my order was right! In addition they were able to get though all their customers in a quickly timely matter. Impressed.

Tamara saved the day. If she hadn’t come out and been so kind this would have been a 1 star review. Someone give her a raise! Ordered online & ended up waiting about 35-40 minutes inside. The barista making our drinks didn’t make eye contact or speak even when I was clearly getting frustrated about no update and waiting at the counter. Finally someone who I assume must be the manager (Tamara) who was just as surprised as us that we were still waiting for our order. Thankfully with her help the rest of our drinks came out in 5 minutes. Bella didn’t even call the last one just set it out and I said excuse me was this for Mia? She said yeah it usually says on the label. Maybe just say the name when you set it out like you did for alllll the other orders.. huge shout out to Tamara for saving the whole experience.

This location would be a 5 star, but the access to this location is terrible. There should be another drive through lane, or an additional window to accommodate the amount of traffic that this location gets. Their staff is pretty good for the most part. However, most are young or maybe newly trained; so it’s a mixed bag for customer experience.

Great Starbucks. Very large, open layout, clean, low noise, music is perfect level. A perfect place to sit and work. Staff seems very happy, Kolbi was so great. Also, wonderful open views out the windows. Not too cold (often times a problem indoors out here in the desert). 34mb download speed too. 10/10 for Starbucks. Whomever rated this less than 5 stars doesn’t have a heart.

I literally come here EVERYDAY today I was met with so much attitude. Wyatt interrupted me while I was speaking on the intercom with the sweet other lady. It’s so strange to me how I order first and I get told to come in and wait for my drinks when I’ve never had to do this before. I literally pick up the same amount of drinks every day. It’s not my fault, you open and don’t get to the drinks right away. Literally wasting my time. Maybe you should come in and prep earlier. Or the night before.
Edit. Apparently there’s a new company policy that started TODAY. Mobile orders will not be given to you at the drive thru even tho the app has this option. They will make you wait, so they can make other drinks before yours.

I had a horrible experience in this location!! bought coffee, asked for 4 water cups they said no only 2 waters, I said ok I will buy Four Water bottles which I did and then asked can I have four ice cups they said no I told them I’ll buy the cups and ice she say nope can’t do that. I’ve had Starbucks for the past 15 years and never have I come across this type of behavior!
