We went through the drive through just a few moments ago. I ordered a pup cup for my dog who just diagnosed with terminal cancer this morning. I was a wreck in the drive through, crying and sobbing. The sweet woman gave my pup and extra pup cup, and paid for our coffees. I could barely even say thank you bc I was already sobbing. She briefly mentioned that her pup passed over the rainbow bridge too. And I am just so grateful for that ladies kindness in that moment. It’s something I will never forget.

I am at Starbucks SNOB. I have an addiction to their coffee and their mugs. The girls at the Starbucks location are so friendly and awesome. I will say it is the busiest Starbucks I’ve ever been to so order ahead, way ahead.

I ordered no ice with whip cream they forgot the whip. When I got my drink the lid wasn’t on all the way and spilt all over my lap,floors and seats! Went inside they made my drink wrong again filled the whole cup up with ice and still no whip haha so I had like 3 drinks and it was gone!! I love paying almost 7 bucks for not even a cup full of coffee and since I’m writing a review let me tell you what happened on Valentines. I was at the drive- thru waiting on my drink at the window and the girl was rubbing her throat then coughing in her hand then handed us our drinks absolutely disgusting! I won’t be back to this location! Haven’t had a good experience here.

I am very upset w Starbucks! I pay $7 for a drink and expect them to get it right! Out of 5 times only in was correct because I went inside and told them what I expected. Drive thru never works! I ordered a large Caramel Ribbon Crunch with lots of extra Crunch! Lots! My exact words. What I got had very little crunch on top. That was it! No extra! Not even normal. I don’t know what to do from here, except maybe the Barrustas need to slow down and read the full order!

9/11/25: I made the original post above, 2 years ago. But I’m back to say, this Starbucks location is STILL AMAZING! I’ve been going through the drive through lines in the mornings lately, and in most busy locations, I expect to be stuck waiting in that line for a while. But not this location! Somehow, no matter how busy they are, they keep that line moving swiftly! While coffee and food still made deliciously and with love! Whatever you guys are doing is working! Thanks for the great service and coffee/food.

Priority is online orders and those who come in and order at the register. Been in here the last 2 weeks constantly waiting for someone so I can order. Not sure why there is 12 people behind the counter and takes so long to support the people who actually come in an order. Then there is waiting for the drink. Priority should be people face to face ordering not apps

Food quality – 2.2/5 The food is generally fine and consistent with what you would expect from Starbucks. But the drinks were the issue found, most people go to Starbucks for a coffee just like me, but I’m not sure why every time I go to this particular location my order is either wrong or have full. I usually do not put pictures with my reviews, but it’s usually a cup completely full of ice that has about 2 inches of foam. Once you take out all the ice the liquid does not even fill a small cup. The only reason I know this is I tried.
Service – 2.8/5 Orders are completed quickly, but drink preparation lacks care and consistency.
Cleanliness – 3.8/5 location is usually clean. But it’s obvious the employees don’t care as much, my theory is the manager doesn’t care.
Atmosphere – 4.2/5 Typical Starbucks environment and convenient for a quick stop on the way home or too work.
Value for money – 2.2/5 This is where the experience falls apart. Drinks are consistently overfilled with ice and topped with foam, leaving very little actual beverage. You end up paying full price for what feels like a small drink in a large cup. Starbucks products are great when made correctly, but this location’s beverage execution seriously lacks integrity.
