Please please don’t waste your time or money at this Papa John’s. I order the Salted caramel Blondie as you can see it’s dry, and a complete waste of money. The Customer Service sucks, the girl working behind the counter almost knocked me down trying to get out of the door, she didn’t even greet me, so rude!!! Please save yourself some time and money DON’T GO THERE!

I had a very disappointing experience at this location on June 16, 2025. The signage for the pickup area was unclear, and I didn’t see the sign, so I accidentally picked up my pizza from the wrong spot. Instead of calmly explaining the issue, the manager immediately yelled at me, “Dude, get out of my store.” When I told her, “Let me explain, I have the right to talk,” she responded, “No you don’t.” The tone felt extremely personal, disrespectful, and unnecessary.
Both the manager and I ended up calling the police, and I stepped outside and waited calmly for them to arrive. This shows clearly that she was not the victim in this situation — I was simply trying to explain a misunderstanding. Despite my calm behavior, I still received a trespass warning. I should not be banned from picking up pizza from this location just because I didn’t see a sign and was mistreated. My basic right to speak and explain was taken away when the manager told me I didn’t have the right to talk.
I attempted to resolve this by sending a certified letter, submitting an online complaint to corporate, filing a BBB complaint, and filing a North Carolina Attorney General complaint. I am hoping the situation is reviewed properly.
I truly hope the management improves professionalism and communication so other customers don’t go through a similar experience.

I recently ordered a pizza over the phone from the Papa John’s location in Mint Hill, and the experience was very disappointing. I specifically asked for light tomato sauce, extra cheese, and for the pizza to be well done. Instead, the pizza came with normal tomatoes on top, which I didn’t ask for, and there were large bubbles all over the pizza. My kids didn’t like it at all, and I felt like I wasted both my time and money.
On top of that, the customer service was terrible when I went to pick up the pizza. The employee was rude and ignored the customers, talking to someone else instead of paying attention to those waiting in the store.
This is the last time I’ll be ordering from this location. Very disappointed!

It was cheap and the staff was friendly but the pizza was terrible. The banana peppers must have been a bad batch because they tasted awful and I had to pick them all off. Doubt I’ll be back.

We ordered a barbecue chicken pizza and this is what they gave us. I paid my hard earned money for this and I am not satisfied. The presentation is terrible. Would not recommend.

Ordered two pizzas and only one was delivered. The pizza had pork on it and we have a pork allergy. We called about the pizza that was not delivered and all that was offered was a redelivery. They never offered anything for the inconvenience and was quite short with us over the phone. When that pizza arrived forty minutes later, it was burnt. It was an overall terrible experience with horrible customer service. I wouldn’t order from there AGAIN.

I got a uber Eats order and the staff girl who was there he e a the order o just wanted to check the order correctly because i sea 4 pizzas and she just gave me 2 y said to her at the order says 4 pizzas y she answered me not are only 2 like kind of mad. I usually get dominos pizza but I have been so disappointed with them. My son had gotten a Papa John’s pizza when visiting from Florida. I liked it. So I ordered one . It was made perfect. The ingredients were fresh and good quality. I will be going back.
