I’ve been here three times, and out of those three times, they’ve never gotten the drinks right. Either something is missing, or they just don’t taste the same as in other locations. This is the last time I’m coming here. I ordered a Dubai Chocolate Matcha and it tasted like nothing but water and chocolate. They have no idea how to prepare the drinks… they simply have no flavor.

I came in a few days ago to get an iced espresso and was completely shocked at how I was treated by the worker. My drink was not filled all the way, and when I asked the employee, all she did was give me an awful look and attitude. She said that I didn’t ask for extra ice in the drink… how hard is it to just add some extra ice? Make it look at least a bit more presentable? By the time it was resolved all she did was act frustrated. I didn’t catch her name because her name tag was smeared, I think it started with an R. She was shorter with black hair. It was my first and definitely last time at this Starbucks. Full of RBF and hostility over ice? AND my drink was HORRID. Safe to say I’ll be sticking with Beans and Brews.

I had a terrible experience at the Starbucks in West Valley. The cashier who helped my daughter on her birthday. She was going to order a drink that Starbucks offers to birthday people on their day. The cashier told her NO, which made her feel bad and made my daughter cry on her 9th birthday. This happened on June 10, 2025 at 6:30 pm. I do not recommend this place at all. The service was terrible. We left in a rage. I didn’t see the cashier’s name. I will never buy anything here again.

I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience at this Starbucks with Allie on shift was… unforgettable. If you enjoy being treated like your presence is a personal inconvenience, this is the place for you. Allie seemed to treat basic customer service as optional, delivering every interaction with dismissive comments, dirty looks, and what I can only describe as an impressive level of disdain for her actual job.
It’s truly remarkable to witness someone so committed to complaining about their work while actively making the customers’ experience worse. I’d suggest the management at this location consider some attitude adjustments or at least a refresher on how to interact with paying customers. Until then, I’ll be exploring other options for my coffee fix.

We have never been treated with so much disrespect. We are in line and there’s two people in front of us. My husband really has to use the restroom so he kindly asked the barista for the code and she stated that unless we pay for something he couldn’t get the code, he pointed to me and says my wife is in line to do order . We’re gonna order something. She rudely says sorry you have to wait to pay first , he says she in line she walks away get her manager he gets all rude and says you need to buy something I don’t appreciate you yelling at my barista he says I didn’t yell I have witnesses I just asked for the code and my wife is waiting in line, so the girl in front of us says you can go ahead and and go in front of me so that he can get the code. I go to order my Americanos and pay and he points his finger at my husband and says it is not OK for you to say anything to my barista you have to get out! My husband holds his tongue and silently walks out. I looked and said it’s OK I no longer want to order my coffee.. when I tell you this was the worst we have ever been treated is and understatement. What happened with dynamic friendly warm customer service?

There’s a good reason why this Starbucks is always busy. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The drinks are on point and it’s just a fun place to be. Oh and the messages and art on the cups is super fun and creative!

Tall man welcomed every customer that walked in and said thanks for being there! We sat and played Pokémon go for a while. My kids loved the friendly environment. It was a nice pit stop before the airport.
