So first off, the food and atmosphere are amazing. But what really made us huge fans of this place was how friendly and accommodating they were to me and my family, including two small children. We ate in the restaurant one night, and while we were there, we mentioned that we were going to Santa’s Village the next day and needed a quick dinner the next night for a family of four and two grandparents. They helped us pre-order a family meal to go and it was ready as promised – and absolutely delicious when we got home and heated it up. Huge tray of BBQ with all the sides. This spot checks all the boxes: great food and drink, and great people.

I have always loved it here. I did order burnt ends and they were anything but. It’s like they were barely cooked enough before they were supposed to get cooked for the second time and never did. They were very chewy as I inferred, and not pleasant to chew. Every other plate was great. I loved the loaded fries that my burnt ends came with. The sides would not be outshining the main plate item. This is the first time anything has been an issue. Still a great BBQ place, and would return or say something, next time. We were in a little bit of a time crunch and just wanted to pay the bill and go. The other 3 people raved about their dishes and I am happy they had awesome orders. There was 2 pulled pork sandwiches and a brisket dinner.

Absolutely amazing place. Best food I have ever tried anywhere in the valley or anywhere in general,pete and Mike the bartenders were a glowing example of what a bartender/server should be,would absolutely come back for life and look at how they packed my leftovers!!!

We love eating here on our way home from exploring the white mountains. It’s very casual and comfortable. The food is always delicious and is presented in a more upscale fashion than you would expect. Our servers have always been amazing and attentive. I miss the patio/outdoor seating as it has not been available the past few times we visited. We fell in love with this place our first visit watching the sunset over the mountains while dining. Please bring back the outdoor seating.

The food here is amazing, very flavorful and the portions are large. Staff is great, and the building is uniquely decorated. The only ding I have is that there are lots of girly decor and even nude photos in the bathrooms that we weren’t prepared to have our young children see.

My wife and I went here today for my birthday. It was our first time. We will definitely go again. I had the fish tacos that were the best I have ever had ( I eat fish tacos a lot) and my wife had the Ruben that was great. The atmosphere was perfect and the staff was great. Our server Mary was the best. We will return the next time we are in the area.

Food is delicious! Prices are fairly high but honestly where are they not? Its a quaint tavern with a fairly small bar and dining area. So parking is also tight. Usually pretty busy so may have a wait time to be seated on any given day during dinnertime hours. I usually go during lunch hrs or for opening at 1130 to ensure I get a seat at the bar before the place packs in. Absolutely recommend the Nemo melt although it has finally gotten a bit smaller, the price is best around for a fried haddock sandwich!

Pretty eclectic decorations which created some ambience. We were a table of 6 and were sat in a room by ourselves, but would have been happier sitting amongst the crowd. Kids menu is pretty varied and the kids were happy (pasta, chicken nuggets, pizza). Crispy butternut tacos were yummy as was the pulled bbq platter.
