This Starbucks visit meant a lot more than just getting a drink. One of the employees took the time to help my daughter order her own drink like she was a grown adult, patiently walking her through it and making her feel confident and included. On top of that, she surprised her with a cake pop, which absolutely made her day.
It might seem like a small moment, but the kindness and attention she showed meant a lot to us as parents. Customer service like that is rare and deserves to be recognized. Thank you for creating such a positive experience for my daughter. Thank you again, Courtney.

Usually, in most restaurants—whether for drinks or anything else—they use ice to fill the glass to the top if you order a larger size. But having a glass that is 70% ice and only the rest your drink is unacceptable. In this restaurant, they managed to finish ruining my day because instead of enjoying my beverage, I was basically given a cup of ice.

Just went through the drive through and ordered a drink for myself and my sister. When we got our drinks mine was fine but my sisters looked nothing like a strawberry refresher. My sister went in to have it fixed but I don’t know if the barista was having a bad day or what but she didn’t offer to re make it and only gave her a small scoop of strawberrys

All of the workers here are the best! Courtney and Samantha (just to name a few) are always so friendly and I look forward to seeing them when I’m picking up my coffee in the mornings! I can tell everyone that works here goes above and beyond and they are always fast and efficient.

Today, I used Starbucks’ drive-thru service on Sunday morning, and the experience was not very impressive. The staff sounded sarcastic, as if they were unhappy about something, and my order was made incorrectly. I am allergic to dairy milk, so this was quite concerning.
I understand that sometimes people have bad days, but good customer service and attentiveness are still very important in the service industry

I dont know what is happening at this location, but the last 6 times we have gone here, the quality of product has gone down significantly. It seems like whoever is making the drinks does not know what they are doing. Not only do the drinks not taste the same as they used to (they taste bad), they are made really sloppy and look unappitizing. If you get ice, you get 2 sips of drink, if you order no ice, they only fill it half way! The last 2 times i went, i drove straght to a different starbucks to repurchase the same drinks. I hate to rate low because this location has been fine in the past, but i hate for others to waste their money and hope things improve.

So, I went through the drive thru and learned that Starbucks doesn’t accept 100
Dollar bills, anymore. It’s apparently a policy not to accept large bills in cash anymore. The barista kept telling me they no longer take 100 dollar bills, despite me going to that location before ordering items and paying with large bills before. I even went to a Starbucks closer to my house, they accepted my 100 dollar bill no questions asked. So, I’m confused… do you take large bills or not. I wanted to pay with cash to get change, so I could tip the baristas in cash… oh well, I guess I won’t be going to this location anymore. They have a problem, with accepting cash, when other locations are good with accepting my large bills. In fact the other location was willing to make change for my large bill and I only ordered a small drink.

Staff asked me to leave because of a new corporate policy that if you don’t buy anything you can’t stay in the lobby. I frequent Starbucks VERY regularly (and usually buy something) but sometimes I don’t buy anything like this evening. I’ve had it with Starbucks—their CEO, Brian Niccol, was paid $96M for just four months of work last year and refuses to pay his employees a decent wage. Pay your employees, and don’t make them do your dirty work. I am going to make it a point to go to every Starbucks I can from now on, not buy anything and leave a 1-star review every time I get kicked out, until you get rid of this policy AND stop union busting your employees and pay them a fair wage. I invite everyone else to join me as well.

Compared to other Starbucks locations, this one could improve when it comes to inventory—especially the availability of breakfast sandwiches and specialty milks like soy—as well as consistency in drink taste, temperature, and presentation. That said, being a small-town location, the occasional inconsistency is understandable, and I appreciate the effort of the staff.

I just ordered an Egg, Pesto & Mozzarella Sandwich to go, and when I arrived at my destination far from Starbucks and started eating, I realized that the sandwich I ordered didn’t have an egg in it, it was only filled with mozzarella and tomato. It’s not what I paid for. The worst part is that the place was empty. Couldn’t they have made my sandwich like it says on the menu? I won’t be back. Terrible service.
