Today, 2/6/26, there was a peaceful protest consisting of individuals from Woods Cross High School and other members. There there was a major concerning threat I later found out. I ordered a drink for myself, in which when I walked into this location, there was a barista standing at the door with a key in the lock ready to protect the children, employees, and patrons due to the concerning situation in which police were involved. I come to this establishment regularly due to working in the same vicinity, but moving forward I will continue to hold these employees to a higher level of respect than normal. Thank you to the Woods Cross Starbucks employees for ensuring a safe environment for the community!

Suuuuuuper slow service and they had 3 people behind the counter. No sense.of urgency whatsoever. I’ll be looking for another local coffee shop after this purchase that values my time and money. The amount of upset faces waiting for drink since never seen in any food and beverage establishment.

I ordered through the app today and my order was not made right. Both of my drinks had not been mixed and the whip cream wasn’t aerated. The straws I was given were too short. Also on my caramel ribbion crunch didn’t have crunch and my pumpkon spice didn’t have any cinnamon. It was also made in 5 minutes with no other customers around. This wasn’t the usual service as normally it is made well.

Our drinks were covered in so much perfume to which I have a severe allergy. Had to dump them out because they smelled so strong and made us completely sick. Shouldn’t be allowed to show up to a job in food service covered in perfume or scented lotion. Manager not doing their job.

Relatively disappointed in this mornings experience. I came in and ordered 3 grande beverages, with no hot food. I proceeded to wait 30 minutes for my order, while they served every vehicle in the drive thru and every customer that had entered after me, before even looking at my order and getting it started. Poor organization, management and a huge waste of time.
