I’m genuinely curious why it takes so long to simply place an order in the drive thru?
Is it a company policy to take one order at the speaker, make the order, cash the order out then hand it to the customer before taking the next order? 30 minutes, no exaggeration, with only one car ahead of me to place my order and get my food.

Went thru the drive thru at 11:20 girl at the window said pull around the front and we will bring it out to you the teriyaki chicken will be done in about 5 min. There was another car waiting as well before us. It has now been 20 min and we have still not received our food and have seen multiple people walk out that said “this is taking too long”. First time here, will never be back.
After 25 min they brought the food out abcs the lady was extremely rude and food was DISGUSTING we threw it in the trash. A wasted $25

Food is good don’t order online. Just go in. You’ll be waiting 20 minutes past the time it says the order will be done.. even though you let them know you are there.. they will continue to serve the people that come in first.

If you go to tge drive thru at this location expect it to take at least 30 minutes.
They take one order and fully fulfill it before they take another order. You will get stuck at the speaker with them not even taking your order for 25 minutes when you can’t even leave because there are cars lined up behind you.

Had a little trouble getting served. Server started dishing up my order and just walked away suddenly with no explanation. Orange chicken was good. Fried rice okay. Veggie roll greasy. Chop suey or chow mein (I forgot which it was) okay after adding some soy sauce.

I usually come to this restaurant every now and again to eat. It’s ok really! Most days are better than others. They made the rice really hard and I couldn’t finish my food. The ice machine wasn’t working so we had to wait for that also and I would have liked the atmosphere of the restaurant to be a little better.

So I ordered some Panda Express because I was hungry and I was off work for the day. And I thought I was ordering delivery through the app but apparently it was pick up but it was completely my fault cuz I should have paid more attention. I called the store and the gentleman I talked to was extremely respectful and very helpful. I found a way for someone to pick up my food and bring it back but it would take an hour and he went out of his way to try to make sure my food stayed as fresh as possible it was definitely a positive experience. And this is one of my favorite restaurants so I definitely will be coming back.
