Went to this Starbucks this morning on my way to work and the worker Ari that was helping me was awful. I ordered a cinnamon pull apart and banana bread and she was holding my order while taking other orders. As she was giving it to me, she didn’t even acknowledge she kind of just shoved my order in my hand and turned around doing other things. Anytime I come here it’s always great, this is the first time I’ve had an experience like this. If you go here, ask for Alyssa for all I know she is friendly and always seems to love her job. My experience today is not the experience you’d expect for someone working for Starbucks.

My experience here was horrible. First of all I usually don’t leave reviews so the fact that | am taking my time to do this should tell you enough already. The manager
“Tirzah” (I believe is her name) was absolutely stand-offish. She was not only rude to me by being passive aggressive and giving me dirty looks, but she was also rude to her workers. When she was taking my order she had no emotion, she took the order as if she didn’t want to be there, and she acted like me adding a soft top to my drink would lead to the end of the world, she also was obviously getting annoyed because I was taking a while to pick out what drink I wanted in the first place.
She rarely made eye contact with me, and when she did it was giving me a dirty look. Finally when she went to make my drink she kept whispering to her employees and making gestures towards me, it felt like she was making fun of me, I felt like I was being bullied by a high schooler. Another thing is I could tell the workers were busy doing their work and this lady was rushing them to work harder and basically yelling at these poor employees who were obviously getting more stressed out due to her yelling. It genuinely made me so uncomfortable. Another thing is my drink came out fine, however there was no cute writing on the side, SHOCKER it was the manager who made it. I could tell she didn’t like me, and her “forgetting” to write a cute note really made it more obvious. I will NOT be returning to this Starbucks ever. Those poor employees. Something needs to be done about this, it’s ridiculous that she was able to become a manager with this type of attitude. I hope at least her boss gives her a talk, maybe even fire her.

The customer service is always top notch at this location. Food and beverages make it out quickly whether you’re in the drive thru or lobby. The lobby is typically pretty clean. Bathroom are usually clean and well stocked. I’ve never had a bad food item here and my drink order is always right.

Starbucks is my favorite I go pretty often and I’m always pleased!! I normally go 3 times a month and end up leaving with a smile on my face service is always amazing my service and thoughtful messages on the cups!!!!!!

The parking lot is small and awkward. However, the staff is very efficient. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building but the employees were extremely fast without sacrificing quality or customer service. My drink was perfect and the employees were very friendly!

Great service. Great drinks. However Starbucks removed the Carmel Ribbon Crunch (without coffee) from the menu for the barista, but still have the item listed on the main menu. So they have to “build the drink” which charges the customer more than it would normally. So to remove an ingredient, you want to charge me more? And that makes sense? This is corporate greed at its best. SHAME on Starbucks.
