UPDATE MARCH 24. Still knocking it out of the park. Needed a light bite so I ordered a regular burger ($1.19) and a large fry. The order was correct, the drive up window employee friendly, and their burger patty seems quite a bit larger than the competition.

This is now the SECOND time I’ve found a prep sticker in my food. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry before and know mistakes happen but come on. If it’s happened to me twice I imagine it happens often.

The mature gentleman working the drive thru window is top notch. All employees need to perform at his professional level. Very cheerful attitude terrific service, and polite about apologizing for having to wait a few extra minutes when the kitchen is short or a tad slow on preparing something you ordered. All new employees should be screened and trained by this gentleman. Best “BK” employee I have ever met.

Have loved flame broiled Whopper’s since I can remember. The staff is ALWAYS wonderful… it’s one of the main reasons I keep going back. Now the challenges (kind of): shake machine was down about a month ago. I had paid through the app so the refunded the money AND threw in a free mango Fanta. Well done! It’s not the dollar+ but the principal. Food is usually delicious there. Both breakfast and dinner menus. BUT I splurged on a large onion ring and while they had the familiar crunch, they tasted of old fry oil. I was there mid day. Literally had one ring and threw the rest away. As long as they change their oil timely, I do recommend eating there. Also they started using some kiosk inside the store and in that data wait times were pretty bad. Hey… defication occurs! I will eat there again. And USE THE APP! It save’s me boatloads of cash as long as I double check the fine print.

We got the Family Bundle deal with coupon. I was disappointed because my cheese burger had to much mustard and all 3 french fries were reheated in the fryer, most of them were brown and hard and crunchy! Yuk! Not very appealing. Very dissatisfying. I would like a refund, please.

Service was ok. Had to wait for quite a bit before someone in the back saw us and came up to our order. New Incredible Burger is pretty good. I like the new tacos to. Always appreciate when they load you up on veggies. Some days it’s not always like that but fairly consistent here.

I’ve given this location a few chances. It’s never very busy, and it’s still pretty slow. Today it was 2 cars and one of the employees was running around frantic inside like they had a line to the street! And it was still slow!!! Our order ALWAYS has something wrong with it. Today my sourdough burger wasn’t even grilled and it was cold. And my onion rings were cold and super chewy. I always try to end bad with good though…..The older gentleman that’s always at the window is nice every time.

This location is very dirty including the tables, bathroom. Smells “not clean” basically. Every table was dirty but I chose the “least dirty one” to sit and eat today. And when the cashier started doing the rounds cleaning them the rag smelled like that wet rag that stinks to high heaven because it’s basically really old water smell and doesn’t smell clean at all. Food is not that great either probably 4 out of 10. Not as good as other burger King locations. Cashier was nice though…
