Major disappointment! Genuinely disappointed. I know it’s not the easiest thing to do, but if you forget to bag items, you should have the courtesy (and the technology) to refund the charge to the customer without them having to drive all the way back to the store. I mean, come on! They were your most expensive burgers and I ordered two of them. I can’t return to the store because it’s too far away and I really shouldn’t have to. I just ordered the missing items from Door Dash instead, so of course it’s even more money spent (and everyone knows Door Dash is more expensive already!) Just a really shitty thing to do to a customer. I was told it’s the GM’s fault, as it should be. I frequent the place after I go grocery shopping, so I’m just really disappointed. Absolutely ruined my day

As a regular this “Burger King absolutely knocked it out of the park! Every visit, the food is fresh, hot, and made exactly how I like it. The staff are super friendly and efficient, and I always leave with a smile (and a full belly). Highly recommend this Burger King for a quick, delicious bite

I come Here at least twice a week as I work close by and management and junior staff are always friendly and have handled any issues with my orders with positivey. They seem to always go above and beyond and the food is made exactly at burger king standard. Highly recommend!

When I received my food, the chicken sandwich was very satisfactory but the fries were cold, had too much salt, and dry. They had the appearance of day old potatoes that the staff tried to reconstitute unsuccessfully. You cannot boast having the best French fries in the business and allow the product to go through the window like this. Consistency is King.

This is the best Burger King I have ever been to. The service was excellent, Hector & the team went above and beyond for me. Will definitely be a regular here because I appreciate good service. Food was so hot and fresh I had to let it cool down before I ate it !!!

Is Burger King the food was good. My big thing was the manager checked with me to make sure that I had ordered the meal instead of just a sandwich mozzarella sticks and a drink separately as it would help save me money I did stumble upon that myself but it was refreshing that he was trying to save me a couple bucks.
Even after I had sat down and employee came in from outside saw me there with my food asked if there was an extra sauces that he could retrieve for me politely declined.
All in all out of all the Burger Kings I stopped at this has got to be one of the best ones as far as employees go

Lesean was very helpful young man. I went to bq on Queen Creek. I had placed an order online thru the app. App picked up my location. I saw Ellsworth and ordered. My mistake I didn’t see it was orderd at the Mesa location. Lesean helped me. I reordered. They got my order taken care of for me fast. Now im just waiting for burger app to help me return my money from the other location

Waited for our meal for far too long. We ordered on the app and was told to wait out front for us to wait for 20 mins. Once we flagged them down after seeing car after car Locke and go he finally brought out our food.
