I’m so glad Starbucks is now in Rexburg, Idaho! Every time I visit Idaho, I have to get my dark roast coffee and egg white pepper bites, they never disappoint. The inside is beautiful, and the drive-thru is easy to get in and out of. I also love that it’s conveniently located right off the freeway, making it a perfect quick stop. The customer service is exactly what I’ve come to expect from Starbucks, friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Such a great addition to Rexburg!

I haven’t been to a Starbucks since coming to the US years ago, so I don’t really know how it works anymore. I was looking at menu online and went in seeing different stuff offered. The drink I wanted was not on the menu, and there were only one size cup on the menu. I was super thrown off but embarrassed to ask anything “basic”, so that’s my bad. The associates probably assumed I know how it works too and didn’t try to explain to me voluntarily. Anyways, I got the mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino and made sure there was not any coffee in it. Tasted OK and not immediately in love for sure.
You’ll need to download the app for rewards. Wish they accepted phone numbers itself.

Whoever closed tonight (2/21/25) were absolute angels! The order taker was friendly and my midnight drink came out perfect. The staff inside all seemed really sweet. I was having a really bad day and went 15 minutes before close, but they were still so kind. They wrote a little note on my cup that made my whole day. I go here pretty often and the service is always great. The order takers are positive and the other staff inside looks super efficient as well. The pink drinks and midnight drinks are always accurate with the ratios. I’ve been inside once, and it was really clean. Super great service! Thank you!

This is by far the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to, and trust me, I’ve been to a lot of them. I’ve never once had an issue with a rude employee, everyone is always so welcoming and kind. The drinks are perfect, every time. The drive thru moves fast, it’s always well kept inside, and I never had an issue of something being out of stock- which seems to be a problem at a lot of other stores. The location is great, right off the highway. I just can’t say enough good things about this location! I can’t believe the reviews on here aren’t better.

I tried to get one of the new Starbucks bear cups but every time I go in, it’s the employees buying them all before customers can even get a chance. It’s honestly so frustrating. They shouldn’t be allowed to buy them until after their shift. You guys need to do better and let the customers actually have a fair shot at getting them.

The atmosphere was very unwelcoming. We were not greeted for several minutes, even though we were standing at the register. Baristas looked at us and then ignored us.
I am a partner from Kansas City, and since this is one of the only places to get coffee around this town I figured Starbucks would be welcome and familiar. As a company that is all about connecting with customers I was floored at how comfortable the baristas were with ignoring us. I understand this is a newer location and that the staff is still learning, but simple acknowledgment is very easy to do.
The shift manager on duty with the coffee master pins was the only person to speak to us with a friendly demeanor.
Update: We went back the next day and mobile ordered. We got two pink drinks, and as soon we were handed the drinks I could tell by the color that they were measured incorrectly. Took a sip, and sure enough, it tasted like straight coconut milk and no acai base. Drink quality was pretty awful. This happened twice in the week that I stayed here. The pictures included are from both instances. The pale white drinks are what I was served first, and the remake is beside it. Eventually I just started going to the location in Idaho Falls because I couldn’t trust my drinks to be made right.
I understand that this location is probably not used to the company standards yet, but something really needs to change. It’s not okay to be making subpar drinks for the amount of money our company is charging. The town of Rexburg deserves to have the authentic Starbucks experience, not whatever is going on right now.

Today I had the pleasure of being serviced by the nicest young man I have met in a while working in food services. I walked in and was greeted most welcomingly and when I left, I was cheerfully exclaimed to have a good day. His smile is contagious, his calm demeanor when busy, his friendliness and mannerliness are superb. This young man is an asset to this franchise. Many times I have come in to this location and others and the greetings are less than happy or sincere. Some employees have seemed bored with having to greet people. I nominate him employee of the month. Great job, Michael!

I ordered 2 days in a row here. They were quick with mobile orders and drink consistency was as expected. I didn’t really have any experience with the crew because they didn’t say anything when I picked the orders up. It wasn’t busy during either of my visits. Clean shop. It would definitely be on my list for quick stops off the freeway.
