They have the slowest service I’ve experienced in a long time. The guy they have working the register tries to have a conversation with everyone no matter how many ppl are waiting. I’ve constantly seen multiple cars go through the drive through and get their food faster than the people that have been inside waiting for 15-20mins. Some serious changes need to be made with this place from management down, and it’s barely 9:30am. I’ve already seen multiple ppl ask for their money back because they’ve had to wait so long and with the slow service you’d think at least the food would be hot and fresh…..wrong again. Absolutely the WORST Hardee’s I’ve EVER been to

I would not recommend anyone to order from the app as there is not a way to get your money back when they tell you they can’t fill your order but you have already paid.
There is no way to cancel your order or get in contact with anyone on the app.when they are not serving breakfast it should not come up on the app for you to order.
But I did order within the hours of breakfast time was still available supposedly but obviously they just stop serving breakfast when they get ready to.

Every Hardee’s I’ve been to around central Tennessee has been THEE Worst I’ve ever had. All the way around. Crap food, Crap “service”, crap atmosphere. Latest is today when I asked for tenders for my Service Dog. Paying for it! They gave Him a crispy chicken sandwich cut in strips! He’s a Retired Marine! So am I, however this is not about me or that. It’s about the continued lack of Care in all of your stores. All across your locations. The last time we ever come back to any Hardee’s affiliated businesses and locations. Actually, last I do any “fast food” anything, anywhere, anytime, ever again. Thank you.

I stopped here on my way out of town on a Sunday morning and lucked into the best steak biscuit I’ve had in a long time. This store usually has great biscuits in the morning and friendly staff at the times that I stop in but Nov 12, 2023 was an exceptional day. Thanks, guys!
