I would like to say that Mijah and Jasmine had excellent customer service they were very friendly when I ordered a white chocolate mocha with extra whip extra hot and an extra shot because I had mentioned I needed something to wake me. Thanks to Mijah suggesting another drink that was very delicious too for coffee I hope she gets recognized for her excellent customer service.

I want to send a shoutout to this Starbucks. They are the best so far I’ve been at! Specifically the Barista name Mijah. ( I believe that’s how u spell her name.) She was so nice and friendly! She made sure my drink was correct and suggested another drink if I wanted to try something new. I have dogs and she even made sure they enjoyed Starbucks as dogs!!!

Today’s experience was not a good one. We went through the drive through got three drinks and gave the lady at the window and she was confused and entered the wrong amound of cash that we gave her and didn’t know how much change to give back. My ice water tasted bad the coffee we got for my husband was to hot and we asked for warm and also the weird pink stuff that was on the lid of the water. The frap was ok but light in flavor.

Im so upset I went and paid $6 for a matcha that was gone before I pulled in my driveway, I basically paid for ice and 3 tablespoons of my drink. I hope this was a mistake and they don’t actually make matchas like this. Had there not been a lot of traffic and I didn’t notice little late I would’ve asked for another one. My son still has his tiny drink from another shop and gets to enjoy it.

I routinely go here and it seems like they always… overfill your drink with ice. I figured it’s just some baristas issue with extra ice…. Well today… my wife orders… and our hot drink was filled 3/4 way up.
Are we pinching Pennie’s for milk savings? Anyways… when you over fill with ice… it makes your drink taste like crap because there is way too much sugar in such a small amount of coffee…
I’ve started getting the oat milk cortado so I don’t have ice, or milk as an issue anymore. The cortado at this Starbucks is by far better than the others in town. Changed my stars from 2-5 for that reason.

Went through the drive through today.
Ordered a chocolate covered strawberry frappe. Medium.
Typically I Pay a little over 6 dollars. Today they charged me 7 something.
Because of ingredients they said. I said… ypu usually charge 6 something and I order this often. Like once a week sometimes more…. occasionally less.
But I’m in the drive through. So I paid and went on my way.

They recently updated the store and it looks nice. Staff seemed nice. Ordered three snacks and three drinks and all came out okay. I go there often because it’s way less busy than the one near the mall.
