Service is good! Food is mediocre. It is just nt as good as it used to be. Drive up kiosk are glitchy and don’t work properly on most visits. This used to be a premier Sonic location, but in the past year has lost it’s edge!
Update Dec 2025: I recognize that many things have improved since my last visit. Food was hot, fresh, and tasty! Kiosk had noticable improvements since my last visit! Wait time was minimal. Carhop Evelyn was very friendly and thorough! Definetly an asset to this location! The proprty looked clean and well maintained. Thank you for a very good visit and experience!

Got breakfast for my family and it was delicious. My first time at Sonic and it did not disappoint. The cold brew caramel iced coffee was a little sour and not enough caramel, but everything else was great! The pricing was reasonable and inexpensive. And super friendly service throughout!

Unsanitary practices. Did not accept my food. Just left. Claims its policy is to bring your food back inside when they take your card in. No need to explain why that is disgusting policy.

I decided to drive through to get a quick bite to eat, something small. I ordered a corn dog and a drink, the corn dog was made fresh. The employee was friendly and fast. As I drove through the parking lot it was clean, and there was plenty of parking. Good experience, good customer service.

The order taker paid no attention to what I was saying. I had to repeat myself several times & when I told her something was wrong on the order she didn’t want to fix it. Then when the carhop brought my order out I asked if it was still wrong and she said yes, proceeded to give me the wrong stuff & I told her take back the wrong items and give me what I asked for. She rolled her eyes, walked back in and came out and was rude when asking me if I needed anything else. Like as if I was asking for too much. Like we pay for our food the least the workers can do is pay attention and get the orders right. Then once I got home and opened the food there was hair all in it.
