I always have the best experience at this Starbucks. The staff are hardworking and friendly, and they give great drink recommendations. I love the atmosphere in the shop, too. The natural light is lovely, and there’s a perfect amount of background noise to meet with a friend, read, or do some work.

Ordered a plain black coffee at the drive through and it was the most watered down coffee I’ve ever seen. Didn’t realize until how bad it was until I was gone. Ended up pouring it all out. This is the second time I’ve received bad coffee at this Starbucks.

I placed a pickup order for 2 grande hot macchiatos & a vaniil scone at 2:02. Pulled through the drive through…gave my name. Pulled forward, the order wasn’t ready.
Window shifted out.
New girl never looked at me, never spoke to me, never verified my order…UNTIL I asked what the hold up was 10 minutes later.
She tried to hand me 2 cold drinks.
Never even looked at the name on the cups.
Nope… that’s not my order.
She went to the pickup area and got my order. It was done. Apparently the girl shifting out didn’t tell her I was there for a pickup.
How long would she have left us sit there without checking with us…just taking more orders and letting the line back up?

Will most likely stop going to this Starbucks too often I order a 16oz, but get a 12oz in a 16oz cup. So disappointing.

It seems like every time I go to the Starbucks on Yellowstone, the service gets worse and the portion is less and less. I asked them to just fill the cup up and they remade the drink and now it has no taste… it’s just warm milk. Need to go back to Dutch Bros

Never get a drink stopper anymore or a coffee sleeve for my hot drinks and just leaving there my drink is all over the place since they have that horrible bump going in and out. The other morning I was there at opening and they said they wouldn’t be able to help me for 30min due to staffing issues.

I absolutely am obsessed with the cup selection like who isn’t but I found the sparkle matter black thermos and I’m living for it. Its a little backed up because of the influx of people from other locations being closed but the awesome and patient employees went above and beyond for everyone in the building and drive thru.

I was excited to get my holiday drink today! But, this is how full my venti was. That’s a lot of drink missing. If i wanted less drink I would order the smaller size. Overall, just pretty unimpressed. They saw how short the drink was and simply didn’t care. Glad I paid for venti and got a grande!
