I looked on line to see if this location was open on Christmas Day. I wanted to meet a friend for coffee. This location is 12 miles from where I live but we wanted to sit down inside. When I got there, the doors were locked. Turns out only the drive through was open. That did not work for us. Their website was deceitful. I wasted time and gas trying to meet a friend. I will never trust their website again.

Placed on line order, got to location and drive through was busy, so I went in and stood at the counter for atleast 10 minutes, 7 employees around me,,,and No other customers in the store, No greeting or acknowledgement of existence! Your customer service sucks!!! and with all the new coffee shops opening around ,I hope your company feels the drop in revenue ! FYI,,, a goodmorning goes a long way, i didn’t mind waiting, but being obviously ignored, wutta joke!

I usually go to a lot of Starbucks and this the first time I’ve been told by a staff member that I’m not allowed to smoke cigarettes in the parking lot of the store. The employee decided to come outside to tell me that I’m not allowed to smoke because it’s private property including the parking lot and he told me to go smoke out in the street. Since when is a Starbucks parking lot private property where you can’t smoke? And on top of that no smoke free signs anywhere.!! Honestly if felt like a power trip from and employee when I know the law is 25 ft from a doorway like a responsible adult, for him to come outside to tell me is ridiculous. I love the service most of the time but I’m pretty sure you can’t tell someone they can’t smoke in a parking lot. Really ruined my good mood

As always, this Starbucks is a great experience! The staff is professional and extra friendly. They know their regular customers and appear genuinely happy to greet and serve them their orders. If I could give more stars than 5, I would. I highly recommend this particular Starbucks!

I have ordered more than once a Peppermint Hot Chocolate and the staff forgets the Peppermint and there is no sugar whatsoever. I’m done paying $5 for crap. I’m going to Target and get their brand of Peppermint Hot Chocolate. Way better and cheaper. Goodbye Starbucks

I just had the worst experience at a Starbucks on marksheffel so I remembered how good this Starbucks is and wanted to make sure they know it. We are grateful for y’all! We went to grab coffee before a family event and got the worst service I have ever had at a Starbucks. We walked into an empty store. There were 3 people working and we were not greeted to begin with. We waited to be acknowledged, and when asked what we would like, the gentleman helping us answered the phone and proceeded to have a conversation. He did apologize after hanging up the phone and took our order. Another gent proceeded changing the trash, and stood aimlessly for a good 5 minutes before starting our order. Our order of 5 drinks took 25 or so minutes. In that time they helped one other pair of people and the drive thru. I am honestly astonished and disappointed by this quality of service.
