I ordered a #3 Bacon and Swiss buttery jack with lemonade, regular fries, medium combo and for whatever reason it was the most difficult order to make. The sandwich was wrong, I had curly fries, and even after replacing the sandwich it was incomplete. They took the original sandwich back and slathered the (maybe new one) in sauce. Two pickles are on the sandwich and no bacon in sight. This isn’t the first time my order has been incorrect at this jack in the box. I pulled around twice trying to be patient and they still neglected to make my order correctly. I only ever go to this one out of convenience but after that back and forth I won’t be back.

This location was clean. The team was pleasant and professional as well. Our order was taken without any quirks. The food came out hot, quick, and smelled so good. And I also got a ranch dressing (small charge)but, I commend this location for keeping the ranch cold. If you’re not a fan of ranch, that it is served cold, honestly makes the difference in JIB ranch dressing flavor. Cold ranch, hot curly fries… the best! Thank you to this crew and the hard working vibe they were in. Had a little rush in the drive thru as we were there. The team pumped out the orders left and right. Enjoy your visit.

I’ve tried multiple times to give this location a chance. Each time they fail me. I won’t be returning. They take 10-15 mins just to answer the drive thru speaker every night. Then they take 20-30 minutes to give you your food. Sometimes they don’t even answer the speaker at all. Even now I started declining all door dash orders from this location because of my personal experience each time. I’ve tried takeout by way of going inside and the employee was cursing out customers one day saying he about to walk out because he was the only person on schedule besides one cook. This location needs to close down and do more training or something. I couldn’t even get my food tonight because the system wasn’t accepting cash and I sat in the drive thru for 25 mins. Corporate needs to be called immediately!

Received us poorly, no greeting. When we ordered the manager couldn’t find our receipt, then after finding “our” receipt gave us the wrong one, also they forgot to give us our drinks, and when we asked for our cups we were told it was our job to remind them about that. Long story short very poor service a poorly ran store by a unprofessional manager.

The service I got today from Keyshawn T. was absolutely ridiculous. He was on his phone while I was giving my order, didn’t make eye contact, and when I said “thank you,” he just stood there with a blank, disrespectful stare. No manners, no effort, no customer service. On top of that, I waited over 30 minutes for my food with zero communication or apology. If this is the kind of employee Jack in the Box wants representing them, that’s a huge problem. He also didn’t even have his hair covered with a hairnet and his hair was long in braids. The place was disgusting and he was very unsanitary. Maybe instead of scrolling on his phone, Keyshawn T. should focus on doing his job and treating customers with a little bit of respect.

I went there today 11/17/25 at 11:39. The person who helped me discriminated against me because of the way I ordered my food (the way I speak). I like stopping by for my lunch there, but I will never do it again… If you have any disability, they will treat you very badly! I felt very offended when they made me repeat myself more than 8 times without giving me any option to make it easier. I will never go back there.”

Worst experiences fast food. Waited an hour for an incorrect and cold meal from an extremely obeast man drippimg sweat all over the food he was preparing. Scatchy dark drive thru with no lights bordering a not so great neighborhood.

This place is trash. Came in after lunch they had no more burger patties. Restrooms were filthy. I could tell no one had maintenanced the bathrooms in days from the calcium build-up on the mirrow. Not one employee had on a name tag. They ask if it is for here or to-go yet give it to you to-go as to push you out the door. We stood at the counter a good 6 mins before someone helped us. They have no hours of operation sign posted anywhere which leads me to believe they lock the doors and close as they please. This place definitely needs some work and a crew with a little more effort.
