After ordering we waited patiently for our drinks and food. A good 10 minute wait as there was a line before us. However we continue to sit here and wait for our food as over 20 more people ordered. After awhile I assumed they forgot about us. So i waited patiently at the register to ask. When asking she still helped another lady.

The older woman here needs to be fired. I’ve never ever had to walk away from a counter but I just turned around and walked away. Very condescending, rude, and kept talking to me like I was stupid (I have a very thick southern accent). Then proceeded to look me dead in my face open her eyes super big and cocked her head. That was enough for me. I told her to throw away the cup and walked away. 0 for customer service.

Ignore the bad reviews from people that willingly stand in a line just to then complain about said line. This is the only Starbucks in at least a 30 mile radius, if not more, in a small city in a rural area. Yeah, there’s a line sometimes. Drinks are always perfect. Employees are quick and friendly.

Pretty disappointed. Starbucks used to be my favorite place and having one in my hometown was such an awesome idea. It sad to say I’ll only come when specific people are working because they will make the drinks right. The old guy is really rude and put black tea in my GREEN tea frap. I mean if your spending $7 on a drink you expect it to be right. You wait in line forever. I guess if I want Starbucks correctly I’ll go to Denver or Colby. Also not to mention they’re always out of literally everything. To the people that do their job and make things correctly I’ll get drinks when they are working and only then.

I went there and ordered my drink frozen and she didn’t make it frozen. I nicely asked her to make it frozen and she was like “Next time tell us because we have lots of people in line”.She even wrote frozen on the cup. Overall the customer service is not good
