Everything is great except for the fries they are always cold i just believe they should only sell the fingers, chicken sandwhich and bread. The staff are attentive but when they are not paying attention it can get rough. CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE LEAVING! Pricing is reasonable for the quality of food for sure! It is a great atmosphere to dine in if you like disco ball vibe and loud noise.

Chicken and sauce lives up to the hype. 4 stars because fries are just ok and the cole slaw isn’t good. Was too stuffed for the bread. Service was fast and friendly. Place was pretty clean.

Chicken was so delicious. Cooked perfectly, juicy, not dried out. Servers were courteous and friendly. The restaurant was kept very clean.
We visited after a funeral when family, from all over state of Wisconsin, wanted to talk and be together. We were a large group and they didn’t rush us out. Let us visit as long as we wanted.

We waited for 30 minutes in the drive through when there were only 4 cars in front of us. Ordered a box combo and a side of fries and toast, food came out cold. The worker at the window had to be tapped by her co-worker when we reached the window to pay as she wasn’t paying attention. When ordering we were not repeated back our order either which is standard drive through etiquette. Normally I love Canes but as a past worker here, I know that this is not how the service should be and it was very shameful. Will not be visiting this location again.

We waited in the drive thru for almost 30 minutess to pick up an order and when we pulled up to the window, the crew refused to hand us our order claiming they were not allow to hand out mobile food through the drive thru window! We were in the drivre up line because our son sprained his ankle very badly playing ball. We could not back out of the drive thru line after the speaker because there were too many cars lined up. I asked to speak to the manager and Brittney at Brookfield told us the manaer would say the same thing and did not go and get the manager. I am guessing they can’t hand out mobile orders maybe to prevent theft. I get that, but really? You couldn’t make an exception tonight when we had waited so long in that line and couldn’t get out of it! You can do better.

I was interested to try Raising Cane’s as I’ve heard of them before, but WI hasn’t had a location until recently.

The chicken was juicy and had a nice semi-crispy breading. I would’ve liked it maybe a tad crunchier/browner, but it was still good.

The fries, Texas toast and coleslaw slaw were just okay.

I did like the lemonade and sweet tea to drink and they paired well with the southern menu vibe.

Overall, I think it will come down to their sauce to separate them from the many other chicken chains nearby since the menu is so narrow/focused.

I had a really terrible experience at this location. I went with my significant other because he was excited to try it, but right away things felt off. The cashier was visibly upset with a coworker and was rude and unfriendly toward us. At that point, we probably should have left.

We decided to stay, but while waiting we noticed the workers at the window were playing around instead of paying attention to orders. Because of this, we ended up missing multiple items that we paid extra for.

Overall, the service was unprofessional and disappointing. We left frustrated and dissatisfied, and I don’t see myself returning.

Went to Milwaukee from Green Bay for an event and thought we’d try it. We were not let down. Not only was the food great but we had a great experience with the staff as well.
Even though they were busy, it seemed that the employees were working as a team. Got to say I was impressed. Will absolutely try another raising Cane’s in the future.
