They were so busy asking me “What else can I get for you?” that they didn’t even listen to me. I specifically told them I wanted honey packets, but they made all my drinks with honey blend syrup which in my opinion shouldn’t exist instead of using honey packets which is real honey.

Worst Starbucks around. They used to be good but have really gone downhill the last few months. They cannot get a simple order right. I usually don’t say anything and just go. But today was the 3rd time in a month my order is wrong. So I went inside said my order again, and they still wrong so I just took it and left. I will not be going back to this location anymore.

FYI my order is with light creamer. LIGHT! The remake was still pretty light but drinkable. While inside getting a remake he asked me if I wanted classic in it, I said yes. They put none in. You literally just asked me and still forgot?!

So gross! My Starbucks drink looked nothing like what I ordered. It was spilling out of the cup, looked dirty, and honestly made me feel sick Moreover, the staff appeared extremely unprofessional—they were constantly chatting amongst themselves, their voices nearly drowning out the music! Some customers discovered items missing from their orders, yet the staff just turned back to their conversations. One customer waited about 20 seconds before the staff member finally turned around to respond! The customer was already rolling their eyes.OMG！ （11-13-2025）11am You’re just waiting for your business to fail! The Dutch Bro next door has excellent service and is very good.

I just wanted oatmeal and I get this. I usually order this and every time it’s amazing but really why am I paying 5 bucks for this? It’s literally just milk and small chunks of oatmeal. When I order I get small packets of cinnamon and raisins too to add but like bruh. My other stuff from my order was good was good but like come on.
