This location would always get my drink right and it was my favorite. I believe they hired new people because every time I go there my drink is made wrong last time. I went back to get a drink Remade, but I understand I went to the busiest time. But this time it wasn’t that busy And still, my whole drink was wrong. It’s like they made whatever they want. Just Slapped a sticker on it. and to top it off, they put yum? On the cup and they are right as like what the heck did they make?

My Experience at This Starbucks (with General Manager Tara)

I’ve had several issues at this Starbucks before, but today was the final straw, and I decided to leave a review after speaking with the general manager, Tara.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered an iced sugar cookie latte and a sandwich. The sandwich was fine, but the drink wasn’t made correctly. When I asked them politely to remake it, the staff had an attitude. They handed it back to me and assured me it had cinnamon—yet when I drove off and started drinking it, it clearly did not.

I called the store to let the manager know what happened. From the start, she was defensive. Everything was calm until I mentioned that, as a paying customer, I expect my drink to be made the way I ordered it. At that point, she accused me of “yelling” at her, even though my tone hadn’t changed.

For context, I’m partially deaf, so I naturally speak a bit louder—but I was absolutely not yelling. I was speaking in the same tone the entire time. She then became unprofessional and reluctant to refund my money, even though I told her I was bringing the drink back. Eventually, she told me to call corporate for a refund instead.

At that point, it wasn’t about the $14—it was about the lack of professionalism and accountability. This location consistently acts defensive whenever a customer raises a concern, no matter how politely it’s brought up. It’s disappointing, because customers should never be made to feel like they’re the problem for asking to have their order made correctly.

I hope the management team reflects on how they handle feedback, especially Tara. Being professional means listening, not getting defensive, and certainly not accusing someone of yelling when they’re simply trying to explain an issue. Sadly, I won’t be returning to this Starbucks again.

This is the worst Starbucks in town. Every time I attempt to use this location, I leave frustrated and shaking my head. The barista either does not read the order carefully and it is wrong and/or my order takes a long time. I always order mobile and I have never, ever walked into this location to pick it up and it was ready on the counter. Today was no exception, I placed a mobile order and 10 minutes later, it was still not ready. I patiently waited but then people walking in the lobby and ordering at the register were receiving their drinks before they had even started mine. Same for people in the drive-thru ordering and then getting their drinks well before I received mine. 14 minutes after my order was placed they finally had it ready. This location is always very, very slow (even when the store is not busy) and I have yet to EVER receive an apology from any one of their employees for the delay. I don’t not like placing negative reviews but I hope this helps management overhaul their employees. For the friendliest, best service at a Starbucks in Loveland, go to 29th and Garfield. They are awesome over there. Night and day experience.

I normally never have issues with this Starbucks but the last two times I have gone this December my drink taste completely off first it was a pumpkin spice latte and it was like they barley added any pumpkin and this time a Carmel frappe and I can’t even taste anything really just ice. I don’t know if it’s a bunch of new workers or what but it’s been rough especially given how much you pay for a drink.

My husband and I went through the drive-through to get a tea and a Frappuccino. My husband doesn’t like coffee so he gets a Frappuccino without coffee, and I was sick hence the tea. You wouldn’t think that would be an issue, but the barista literally said “You’re at Starbucks and you’re not getting any coffee?” I’m sorry why do I have to explain my order to you?
When we went to pay, she very rudely reminded my husband to scan the QR code, and seemed confused when we wanted to finish a gift card and pay the rest with our credit card and gave back the empty gift card that we asked her to throw away. The only good thing about this experience was our drinks and we will be picking any other Starbucks next time.

Staff was very friendly and service was great and fast as usual. Usually a very busy place so I don’t always stop in. Food was good but as per usual the coffee is sub par at best. But that being said I would give it a solid B-! I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!!!!!!!

I don’t drink coffee, but wanted to try the pumpkin spice Chai. The tea was okay, but not worth the nearly $7 price tag. When i pay tha for a cup of tea i expect to be wow-ed. Service was okay, not very friendly. It was a typical franchise experience – just okay, nothing to get excited about. There is no reason (service, food, or atmosphere) to bring me back – certainly not at that price.

I love this location because it has a drive thru. I have not been inside since they remodeled, but before the remodeled, there was plenty of space to sit and it was always clean, and they have a nice patio to sit if you like being outside. The staff is always incredibly friendly! You can’t help but smile after you leave this place!
