I grew my love for Five Guys going to watch Alabama games long before it opened locally. The Five Guys in Cookeville TN is definitely a wonderful representation of the company core policies & belief that doing burgers & fries well. The staff is extremely knowledgeable & friendly. I always just get the small cheeseburger as it’s very filling & it saves room from their freshly cut fries that I adore! Great job team

This is usually one of my favorite burger places, but my recent experience was so disappointing. I ordered online, got two burgers of the exact same type to keep it simple for the cooks (my little one wouldn’t have eaten the fixings on the burger, but I just planned to take them off and add them to mine). We picked up and went straight home, and when we got home I discovered that neither burger was correct, the fixings on each burger were messy and didn’t seem as fresh as Five Guys usually is, there were more fries thrown in the to go bag than there were in the fry bag itself, and the fries were over-salted and soggy. Such a disappointing experience and so below the usual Five Guys standards 🙁

Very Good location. The burgers were very good the fries were hot and plentiful. ( I mean come-on the large fry was well LARGE btw take home the extra and put them in your air fryer) The place was clean well light , no loud music and best of all the food was done quickly and correctly.

An expensive disappointment, I do not recommend eating here. The quality is not worth the price. I ordered a bacon burger and received a bacon cheeseburger. It came poorly wrapped and upside down in the bag. Toppings were falling off before I had finished unwrapping it. The burger was so poorly put together I had to take it apart and remake it. One of the patties was hanging off halfway. The grilled onions were in there somewhere but I had to search for them and never tasted them. The burger tasted okay which is the only reason I gave them the second star. But for a $9+ burger, it was disappointing. The fries were warm, not hot, soggy and weak. We got two burgers, two drinks and shared a regular fry. The total was $30+. I will not be returning.

Very middle of the road for me. My little cheeseburger was almost $10 by itself. For the price I expected better quality. It was fresher than I’ve had before and from other places but not worth the money.

Eaten at Five Guys a bunch over the years. Food is consistent, tasty, and the HOT food is served HOT and cold food is served cold. A novel concept. Keep doing your thing, Five Guys. We are fans.
Easy ordering. Great big (and clear) menu board. You can watch the staff fix your meal. Peanuts to eat before they call out your number. Everyone at our table loved their burgers and we split one large french fries order.

See that lettuce in the photo? That brown kinda of rotten looking lettuce chunk? They served that to me on my sandwich. It was squishy and as you can expect disgusting.

Absolutely disgusting. For the price I pay here I expect actual quality ingredients. McDonald’s doesn’t even serve me food like this.

Been going to 5 Guys for years. Definitely one of the best burger places I’ve ever been. The food is always amazing as are the fries and shakes. They also have a great Sweet Tea (at least the one in Cookeville does, as that’s the only place I’ve had it). Finding a great true Sweet Tea is often hard to come by an is always worth mentioning, especially if you’re from the South.
