Nothing like paying 6 dollars for a coffee that’s almost half full. What the heck. Absolutely terrible, didn’t steam enough milk and were too lazy to steam more. How do I get my money back.

This is by far the best Starbucks in the area!! No matter what I pick, if I get something besides the usual, they make it amazingly!! Other Starbucks in the area are not as well put together. Managerment has an excellent eye for talent. Most of the team I have met are amazing bright kind people! Keep it up!

UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE – CORPORATE ATTENTION REQUIRED
I’ve delayed writing this review hoping management would address these ongoing issues. They haven’t. This is no longer about one mistake—it’s about a pattern of incompetence that demands corporate intervention.
Three out of my last four orders have been wrong. Let that sink in. A 75% failure rate.
Today’s experience was the final straw. I placed a mobile order for two drinks and one food item—standard, straightforward. When I got home, I had the wrong food item. I immediately called the store, expecting basic customer service: an apology and a solution. Instead? Nothing. No ownership. No action. No care.
I had to tell them how to fix their mistake. I drove back to pick up the correct item, only to discover they hadn’t even started making it. I sat there waiting—again—for an order I should have received correctly the first time. Not a single employee apologized.
When I requested a refund, I was offered a $4 gift card—less than what the item actually cost. Only after pushing back did they finally process a proper refund.
What should have been a quick stop turned into a 30-minute ordeal that cost me extra babysitter fees—all for a $4 sandwich your team couldn’t get right.
This location needs immediate retraining. The consistent order errors, complete lack of accountability, and dismissive attitude toward customer concerns are unacceptable. Do better.

Usually I have great service when I come to this location. When I went through the drive thru today, I felt like an inconvenience. I asked if they had anything like a Java chip drink, which the lady had told me that she would have to type everything in individually and she would have to run to the back and grab the stuff to make it, because it was no longer listed on the menu. I apologized for my request and when I pulled up to the window, she was very unwelcoming. I had also ordered a Dubai chocolate matcha and read my order multiple times and somehow I ended up with a mocha which was very different from what I had asked for. Very disappointed with the service today.

My daughter and I went in. The Barista we spoke with was so nice and very helpful.

Most of the staff was very pleasant. One was a little on the rough side. I ordered a medium coffee with cream. Sat and visited with a friend for a little while. Its a bit loud and hard to hear at time of short rushes.

I almost didn’t go to Starbucks for a meeting I was going to have. I was going to choose a different business because I had kind of lost my being impressed with Starbucks as a general rule. I have felt Starbucks assumes I will come there instead of earning my decision to come there. Today’s experience has changed that. The door was held open for me by an employee, welcoming me in. I was served coffee at my table in a glass mug because I was staying in house. I watched cleaning happen throughout the place, down to the bases on the tables. To finish the excellence, as I was leaving, someone behind the counter waved and told me to have a great day from across the room. Well done Starbucks in Johnstown. I’ll be back. You’ve restored my love of Starbucks!

Busy store. I just wish they’d pay attention a little more to the food before they give it to the customers. I don’t know what this is… It appears to be hardened chocolate with a stretch?!? See photo below. I was down the highway before noticing. Going back for refund.
