Just now went through the drive through and the employee working it made my awful day so so much better. My drink is always with vanilla sweet cream and ordered online, but 9/10 times it gets left out and made with cold foam instead, then they double down that it’s in there even when it’s way too dark to have it— this employee caught it right away, said she would get it fixed and did so quickly and like in a real and happy to do so empathetic way?! I was having a really bad day and that flipped it around. Thank you so much drive through employee whose name deserved to be caught but was not!!

Went there today 5/27 at 5pm and the guy J, I think his name was, was extremely rude! I bought a cup and forgot i should prob get something to show i bought it so I asked if he had a sticker and he said no all rude so I said sorry can I get my receipt then and he goes ur going to have to wait so I said OK. He reprinted it and threw it at me!!! He should not be working there! Worst experience ever!

I usually don’t write bad reviews but they really need to hire better baristas who are able to multitask.I have frequented many times and usually not acknowledged while standing in line for several minutes or encountered rudeness.
This last time is what prompted this review though. I went the barista said she had 7 drinks to make and proceeded to make drinks while I was standing there for a good 10ish minutes with no one behind me. I told her I only wanted a lemon loaf when I got there as I was there on my lunch break. I get you have seven drinks to make and by yourself but for me to burn up my lunch break to wait for a simple transaction that would have taken you seconds is ridiculous. I also get if there are other people standing behind me then she would have to ring them up but no one was there. If it were me I would have rung it up between drinks it’s not rocket science.
I am probably the idiot for standing there so long but I invested my time already so decided to try and wait. I ended up leaving upset sans lemon loaf and had to grab something at the check lanes.

Great espresso frappe, but this review is about the Barista. Michelle was polite, efficient, and kind. She did her job perfectly and it was very much appreciated on a day that I was in a rush and having a bad day. She literally made the rest of my day! Thanks again to Michelle for being such a wonderful person.

Once I was picking up for my sister and I grabbed the coffee with her name only to find out she didn’t order it through the app due to lack of internet. So as I went back in I explained my error to the employees and they weren’t mad or rude in the least even though they had to remake the drinks. They are fast and kind and they are one of the better Starbucks in the area.

My coffee is always wrong even after being made twice and one of the cups I wanted was on the counter being held for someone else, not already purchased just being held for someone to buy. Super disappointing!

I was here yesterday. 1 customer in front of me. 1 barista who was clearly to old to be working there. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting to at least be acknowledged by the staff. But this freaking customer kept making the barista stop making his drink because he kept continuously ask for food samples. I just ended walking away. I would have stayed if the employee would have said something to the effect “I’ll be right with you ma’am” but I all got was a few looks and nothing else.
