This place has been the best Starbucks I ever been to in my whole life. I was there on Saturday and they were really busy in the morning and still they tried to give all the customers the attention we all want, the two people that were in bar were so nice and tried to smile at everyone and plus they were trying to go as fast as they could, the girl who took my order was patient and really nice. I’m not from El Paso but I will for sure visit this specific location every time I come visit.

I have frequented this location for a few years now, and not only do they remember you after a few visits, but they remember you even after you have not visited for a while. The store is almost always busy, yet the service is always quickly, friendly, and enjoyable.
The manager, Alex, is exceptionally friendly and personable, and not only with me, but with essentially every other person with whom he comes into contact. Spend 5 minutes in there after he greets you, and you’ll notice that he treats all other patrons with the same kindness and generosity of spirit.
This is truly a wonderful example of how a coffee shop should exist as part of its local community!

I cannot give 0 stars, but if I could, I would. We ordered online, just two drinks and two pastries, at 4:27, the app said it would be ready at around 4:32, we get there, still waiting. Not a problem, I thought, only five minutes more right? Nope. Our order is finally ready at 4:46, one of the drinks was not even blended correctly. What should’ve been a Frappuccino was basically just the flavored liquid with a touch of ice, the other one was the same drink, but actually done right. Each one made by two different people, since I watched them make it. Not even that, but they didn’t even bother to give us straws, I went to my car and realized halfway out of the property. I had to turn around and go back for them. I go there quite often and it sucks that I had an experience like this. Absolutely horrible.
