Im not sure how they have so many good stars. I asked for something so simple a caramel Frappuccino and they made it so bad. It doesn’t taste like anything and they put no ice in one of our drinks. A matcha latte.

Every employee greeted me this morning in the lobby. They were very friendly and welcoming, even though they had a lot of cars in the drive thru! That really means a lot to me. The salted caramel cold brew was delish!
